I bought a bed but the part of the headboard that attaches to the legs broke easily

I purchased a Temper protector as F&B was the best priced retailer - full marks on your prices!
However, when this arrived it was open and wet through.
I contacted Karen who without hesitation arranged for a replacement to be sent out.
I cannot thank Karen enough for her help and professional service.
Occasionally things go wrong - which happens. However, when a colleague makes things right it shows that you care about your customers.

She was patient, kind, practical, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. She even applied a discount, which was such a lovely bonus.

Very satisfied with the Oliver bed king size in Mauve. The colour is perfect, and makes the room feel lively and cozy, the structure is solid and sturdy. I assembled it by myself and it was fairly straightforward! Delivery was smooth, directly to my room of choice. Brilliant service.
