The delivery was as I was told and no issues whatsoever, when I contacted them they were very responsive and could not do more to help me. Service and product first class.

I didn't visit the shop this time, but the young lady who took my call was very helpful. Phoned me back when she said she would (unusual these days!) Couldn't have been more helpful.

Spoke to Gizem regarding a bed I had seen online. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience an enjoyable one, I look forward to receiving my new bed next week

Very frustrating experience.

Ordered a bed, which I’m then told will take 3-4 months to arrive.

Asked for a refund (having chased for a couple of weeks asking when it will arrive) and taken another week to get an answer. And then told it will take 7-10 days for a refund.

No apology or acknowledgement of poor service, nothing. Just completely unacceptable

Appalling company. Received a bed from a friend who had bought it and not used and my girlfriend and I were confused as to the slats. We were fairly sure they were replacement slats and couldn't work it out how they fit. We called the company to purchase the replacements and spoke to a slimy individual called Tom who said that we could. When he found out we hadn't purchased it directly from them ourselves, he refused to SELL us spare parts. We are redoing a house and have lots of pieces of furniture to order some of which we had chosen from Feather & Black. No way would we order from this shady outfit now. Absolute disrespect for the general public.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FEATHER AND BLACK ARE ACTIVELY TAKING OLD NEGATIVE REVIEWS DOWN BY REPORTING THEM AND GETTING AI BOTS TO REMOVE THEM. THIS IS A REVIEW FROM SOME TIME AGO THAT I HAVE NOTICED HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN.

Very pleased with the bed I ordered - it’s lovely quality, absolutely gorgeous and I found it easy to assemble. Love that I could choose a delivery date, too. Knocking one star off for the delivery itself as the bed ended up being left in my hallway despite delivery info promising “delivery to a room of your choice” - the delivery guys said I would have to pay extra for that. Ended up lugging it upstairs myself which was not easy! Might be a good idea to remind delivery partners of Feather & Black’s policies. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase.

Stunning and elegant, a very well made bed.
Exactly what I was looking for. Looks even better than the photos, the bed and head board is so comfy. Easy access to storage underneath with lots of space. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we walked into the Wednesbury store, Angelo was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to carefully talk us through the different types of mattresses, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling overwhelming or pushy.

What really stood out was how confidently and naturally he knew exactly what he was talking about — it was obvious he genuinely cared about helping us find the right bed rather than just making a sale. Angelo made the entire shopping experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free from start to finish.

Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and Angelo is a real credit to Feather & Black. We left feeling confident in our purchase and genuinely grateful for all his help.

The service was great and shop was well laid out and a great selection of beds

The fitted sheet is great quality, I did think my mattress was thick but it seems that there are those that are even thicker that this sheet would fit. The material is fantastic, a bit more expensive than I was expecting but glorious quality because of it.

The quality is really good. There was a small issue with the headboard, but they replaced it without any problems. They came and replaced it themselves — the staff were wearing their company uniforms with the logo, had shoe covers on, and were very polite.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Lovely product really pleased with it. Good clear communications on delivery and packaged well.

The staff at Dreams were lovely as were the delivery people.

The Oria Ottoman Bed in Natural, Super King is a good quality and practical bed with tons of storage. I paired it with the Chaucer mattress and bought a mattress topper elsewhere. The resulting bed is luxurious comfort and a good nights rest guaranteed.

I purchased a Temper protector as F&B was the best priced retailer - full marks on your prices!
However, when this arrived it was open and wet through.
I contacted Karen who without hesitation arranged for a replacement to be sent out.
I cannot thank Karen enough for her help and professional service.
Occasionally things go wrong - which happens. However, when a colleague makes things right it shows that you care about your customers.
