Hope you're not in a hurry
Liked the product and cost, just didn't appreciate the 10 minute wait at the desk to get served despite using bell three times and another 10-15 minutes in the rain and cold at the warehouse entrance when there was no other customer before me and a number of staff members walked past me without even asking if I was getting served.

100% satisfied customer!
I am not trade, not business customer, just diyer who needed one lenght of specific diameter and lenght of tube which I could not get in local diy stores. Local steel suppliers quoted unreasonable money and it was cheaper to get it cut to size and delivered to my door by FH Brundle!
Very easy online shopping!
Very friendly delivery driver who went extra mile and took my order to the back garden out of sight as I was not at home at the time of delivery, which was spot on at ETA, and called me to let me know that my order is in a safe place.
100% would use again if I won't be able to get something locally, purely because of the hassle delivering couple small lenghts.
Thank you!

Generally a very good experience
Generally a very good experience, would have been a five star apart from the fact that the minimum spend for free delivery is calculated before vat, been stung for that one!
Delivery time seems to vary randomly ie next day ,two day or more
