I ordered metal for a fabrication project & the product i received was exactly what I asked for, fabulous. Couple that with the prompt delivery, something we treasure as we live very rurally, and a delivery driver who is one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet the whole experience has been refreshing

Order delivered to wrong address terrible after care
Order delivered to wrong address. Customer services were very poor and would not issue a replacement saying that this would also go missing, even though I had been using them for years without an issue.

I wish id never set foot inside their…
I wish id never set foot inside their unit in Rogerstone. When i arrived to order a single glass panel and an end post, I was turned away and told to order on line and to provide a sketch! I had the dimensions with me and knew what I needed, still I was sent away. Eventually I get a response to my `several` emails, asking me for a drawing.....which was attached to the email! Then we get the order being processed and an invoice, which i paid for promptly. Then I get calls saying that i need to order 17mm thick glass, they are the experts, so I agreed. The glass and end post arrive almost 2 months from first contact, the end post was over 400mm short! This was at the end of August. Its now mid Oct and I have now been advised that I don't need 17mm thick glass, 12mm would be correct ! So I agreed to this. The new panel has arrived, but they did not take the other one away ! Adding further annoyance is when the panels turned up, on both occasions - they had no way to remove them from the truck, my staff had to stop what they were doing to carry the glass panels into the showroom. These guys arent qualified to be handling heavy glass panes, god forbid one of them got hurt / injured ! As I type this review, both panes are still here, they were supposed to be collected last week, then monday this week, then Tues and so on. Absolutely dreadful service, lovely to speak with on the phone though .

Please email Amy at amy.blackmore@brundle.com with your order details so we can look into this for you.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can resolve this for you.
