I ordered a gift for a birthday treat for someone. Some of the (very expensive) cheese was past it's best when delivered. I have emailed customer service and phoned, no response to either after 10 days of trying. Very disappointed. I have used on several occasions in the past and been very happy so not sure whether I got lucky then or whether something has gone wrong now.

We bought the brigette wedding cheese cake. Absolutely beautiful and delicious all 4 cheeses perfect size for 18 guests. So good we've ordered it for over Christmas.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. The product I ordered wasn’t going to arrive on time - but the team kept me informed and were incredibly helpful. Felt like I was speaking to people who really cared.

This is my £10 voucher number. I don’t want it as these guys are awful. They ruined my anniversary and also sent out less than what I ordered. Nobody called me and it took 1 .+ months for them to contact me. Check the reviews.,,it’s 50/50 don’t use them. Enjoy and your voucher. And the cheese they sent was out of date the day it arrived - the additional cheese I ordered

I am very disappointed with this company. I received delivery on 9th July of 3 meats and 3 cheeses which are to be part of a food hamper I’m putting together for a young couple whose wedding is on 14th. Firstly the icepack was melting which meant the soluble packaging was stuck to the cheese packets to the point that two of the labels look a bit tatty. But much worse - one of the meats BBD is in a week’s time and one of the cheeses BBD is the 15th of this month, 6 days after delivery and one day after the wedding. The other two cheeses are cut pieces and no date has been put on the labels of these. This is a very poor online service of quite expensive products which I regret having used.

Great products and service. They were out of stock of the small camembert I ordered. I was offered a refund or larger camembert. Unfortunately, I didn't see the email til it was too late, but they swapped in the larger cheese without any charge :).

Cheese was great, delivery on time.

The produce from this company was excellent as was their service. I encountered a delivery problem caused by me and the company went the extra mile to rectify the problem. The cheese portions were more generous than many other similar companies and delicious. I absolutely do not understand the negative comments that people have posted - I have used this company a few times and will continue to do so. Thank you TFCC

I ordered, cheese from this company in bath.
The cheese was delivered in time and safely, by them. But later the cheese was stolen from outside my flat door.
I e mailed the company, and tim organised a replacement, even though it wasnt there fault. Id say, they are a very decent company, and im unsure about the bad reviews about custoner service. They answered me immediately, and solved the problem the same day. Five star service. Thank you the fine cheese conpany. You deserve better press. Jbt.

I purchased some cheese and biscuits for a gift. They were beautifully packaged and arrived on the specified date. All in all 10/10 faultless. I am sorry to read some of the less positive reviews but this was not my experience and I will definitely order again.

I was a bit worried about buying a gift from this company having read the reviews. I couldn't see the lovely cheese warming dish and camembert anywhere else so decided to chance it. It was being sent directly to the recipient in Manchester (I live in London). Being able to send direct was great as we obviously can't travel or see anyone at the moment. But I was a bit nervous.
On the morning it was due, I emailed to request a tracking number and Claire emailed me straight back with a one hour delivery slot DPD.
The gift went down a storm, the gift box was lovely, beautifully finished off with ribbon. They loved the dish and the artwork on it, really special. In fact I think I might get one for myself!
I've never reviewed on trust pilot before, but felt it only fair to put my experience in the mix. Others may have been unlucky, there may have been staffing problems due to covid, who knows, all I can say is I was delighted with the service and will use The Fine Cheese Co in the future!

My family ordered me a birthday present of cheese from this outfit; I failed to receive it, because it was sent to the purchaser's address in Glasgow, rather than to mine in Warwickshire!

The next delivery attempt was to a neighbour's house (at least they got the right country); unfortunately, nobody was at home, so the cheese was taken back to DPD's depot in Birmingham. On checking with DPD, it turns out that, whilst TFCC had corrected the delivery postcode, the rest of the delivery address remained that of the purchaser (i.e. a Glasgow address with a Warwickshire postcode).

DPD advise me that only the sender, TFCC, can change the delivery address, so who knows where delivery will be attempted tomorrow? Nobody is answering the phone at TFCC.....

I order from Fine Cheese Co every Christmas since ordering a Beautiful Hamper for my husband a few years ago. The cheeses and Tawny Port (which he Loves!) were so Beautifully presented in a gorgeous box with ribbon. Their customer service is excellent - I received so much help when enquiring about products without a hint of pushiness. I wont shop anywhere else now out of loyalty.

I have to comment on the customer service that I received, and in particular Tanya Jones. I buy wholesale items for a business, and with the difficulties we experienced with the borders being shut recently, Tanya has gone above and beyond to assist with very urgent and last minute requests. Without her positive attitude and calm approach I would have had may unhappy customers, but she saved the day! Thank you

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Thought I would do what everyone suggests ‘buy local’ ‘save small businesses’ what a mistake that was! Been waiting in for two days waiting for my cheese delivery. Customer service appalling. Never again!

Having seen the mixed reviews I nearly cancelled my order. However, pleased to report my cheese, biscuits and compotes arrived today as per my order request, no breakages, order complete and well packed.

On 15 Nov I placed a mail delivery order and the payment of £35.03 was taken. Nothing arrived. I then received a call telling me my order had been sent to the shop in Bath by mistake but it would be reinstated. Since then, nothing. It is impossible to get an answer out of any telephone numbers. You just get cut off or you leave a message and no one responds. Shocking. Goodness knows how I will get a refund or indeed my cheese!

Dreadful customer service. I responded to a welcome back 10% discount offer, which never got applied to my order. I have written two polite emails asking why this would have occurred, without even asking for a refund.No one has had the courtesy to reply. I definitely won't be using this company again.

I ordered a box of mostly soft cheeses. It took some time to arrive - when it was delivered it was NOT in an insulated box. It had a cold pak that was warm. I called the companies customer service and was answered by someone with limited English who said I was put through to the wrong department, but someone would call me back.
Nobody called back, now the phone is not being answered.

The crackers did arrive all broken, but they never wanted them returned not that we will use, and we also had a full refund given. We wouldn’t buy again. But they did sort the issue out very fast, and our refund.
