FineWineCollector(FWC) has long been my top choice for buying loose bottled fine and rare collectible wines.They offer great pricing (amongst the lowest on the net) and frequent updates of new wines.FWC charges reasonable for shipping.
The only improvements I would like to see is that FWC offers shipping to more states.

And 'a quite pleasant chap with whom to mull it over'. Over more than a decade (how time flies when you're having fun), we've become more than sales staff and customer. Often, we chat more than sell and buy wines. Edward knows my tastes (big Cabernets), and has several times given me the gift of suggesting wines about which I knew nothing, but absolutely knocked my socks off! It is no question that Fine Wine collector provides both great selections and fair prices. However, great selections and fair prices are not the only reason for me to buy my wines there. Fine Wine Collector provides HIGH quality vintage wine. I buy high-end vintage wine for me and my customers. I can not afford disappointment due to a bad bottle of wine. So I care about the wine quality and people whom I get my wines from. The vintage wine that I'd acquired from Ed has always been good. Ed seems to have a trick to ensure the quality of vintage wine.

Off course, dealing with Nancy has always been a pleasant experience.
