Great selection of hard to find wines and ordering is very easy.

Company was great, communication excellent, they even followed up to see that I got the wine. Unfortunately, FedEx ground made receipt a huge hassle. I received multiple delivery notifications, and then the package wasn't delivered on that day. I put a pick-up hold on the package, and it wasn't available for pick-up when they said it would be. The only way I would order from this company again is if they switched delivery to UPS (or something more reliable than FedEx).

Found a hard to find wine and it was here the next day safely.

This company is very committed to providing quality wines and shipping them during the appropriate time of year to avoid spoiling. They kept my bottle in storage through the summer to avoid spoiling during shipping in hot weather. I was happy to receive prompt and courteous responses when I emailed them for updates to the shipping date. They were very thoughtful about shipping the wine when temperatures dropped to a manageable level. I would definitely recommend this company to all wine collectors.

Very fast and competently + kept some money for delivery on the advice of the manager.

Searched for a specific vintage for my husband, and found that this site had it. Noticing they are near us, I called to find out if I could pick it up in person. I was told yes, and I could order online or over the phone. I confirmed they'd be open when I came by. I chose to order online, and selected pickup. The only thing that was odd, was that when I went to their address, I saw a liquor store in the strip mall, with a different address. I double-checked and saw nothing that says Fine Wine Collector, so I went in the liquor store. They directed me a couple doors down in the strip mall, where the address is above the door, but no signage and the windows are covered. You'd think it was a storage room. When I entered, they were expecting me and had my wine ready to go. They seemed surprised that I found them without calling again for directions - which made me wonder why they hadn't given me those directions when I called in the first place. Very strange. But in the end, I got the wine I wanted, at a good price.

I found the bottle of wine I was looking for, ordered it, and received it in a reasonable amount of time. Please consider the time of year (too hot/too cold), as this will impact shipping.

I have purchased this for my best friend who birthday is the 30th of July.
She and her husband are seasoned wine drinkers. My husband & I are tee totalers. As soon as she lets me know, I will send it on to you.

I just bought a bottle of wine, as a gift for a friend of mine and the experience was very good. My only suggestion would be to incorporate a packing system that would help to transport the wine in better conditions during summer days, even if the buyer has to pay for that, it woudl be a good option.
