Received used/Worn shoes
I received what appeared to be used/worn shoes. Box was mutilated. They advised they were sending replacement shoes and still have not received almost 10 days later. Very poor service and untruthful customer service.

I will never in my life order from this company again! I ordered a pair of shoes that were delivered used and smelling like dog poop!!! ! You can tell somebody swap them out! I Could not get anybody on the online chat said it was not available! Finally when I did get somebody they were totally rude to me. I started the return and shipped it off then got an email at 7 am today saying they got the item and they would refund my card within 7 to 10 days. then late afternoon I get another email stating they are sending out the replacement. Tried once again to get a hold of somebody again totally rude now I have to wait for them to be delivered and return them again! The associate on the phone told me the best thing to do is take them to a store and get a refund there! The closest store is two hours away! This is the worst company ever. I will never step foot in another finish line or JD sport again. I had asked several times to speak to a supervisor and never was able to speak to one! The next step is to report them to Better Business Bureau!!!! y’all need to get your crap together and stop messing with people and their money!!

I ordered a pair of Nike pants that were $90 on Jan 4, 2024. And I checked the status of my order today and it says cancelled, I also did not receive a refund. I tried calling customer service, but the wait time was 65 minutes to speak to someone. Finish line has 1 star reviews for a reason. I’m no longer a customer.
Terrible Customer Service and Bad Delivery (even when paying for Upgraded)
I paid for Upgraded delivery, and it arrived one week late, the same time that was estimated for free delivery.
Every time I tried to use their "live chat" feature on their website, it said live chat was not available and took me to a virtual assistant, which could only give me the tracking info I already had.
I called their customer care line and waited on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up.
I will never purchase from Finish Line again. The minimal savings are not worth the headache.
Order in process over a week then canceled
Ordered Nike Vapor Max 2023 (Women); this was showing ‘processing’ for over a week and then FL canceled the order—no explanation or email but my credit card is still ‘holding’ this amount for who knows how long….ridiculous! Called from Wednesday through Saturday periodically and each time was saying 90+ minute hold times!!!
Canceled orders "unexpectantly" twice!!
Placed 2 different orders, one in Nov '23 and one in Dec '23. Both orders said they were "official" and then one week to 10 days later, they were canceled "unexpectantly". These orders were both for gifts and I could have looked for the items somewhere else had I known Finish Line was going to cancel the orders. That is poor customer service. Won't happen again!!
Scam!! No refund!
Scam!!! They literally took my online order back without processing refund! I returned my online order in store on November 30 for quicker refund as their return policy says. They took my shoes and since that I haven't received my refund yet. No information about my return. I went back to that store to know where my refund is and the manager said that FedEx picked my return up but hasn't scanned it. Scammers! Can't reach anyone by phone or chat. Never buy from finishline unless you are willing to get robbed without a gun. It was the week before Xmas I never received my order. After several calls of holding on for two hrs at a time and emails not responded to I was told their system shows package was delivered already. I explained I don’t have any package they said they couldn’t guarantee re shipment by Xmas all they could do was issue a refund but that would take days and it would be after Xmas. Reluctantly I agreed but then that never happened so again the numerous 2 hr hold phone calls and e-mails were done again only this time I was told with no explanation their back office decided they weren’t giving me the refund because the system said the package was delivered. They even emailed me a refund email from the recorded initial call offering the refund. They refuse to allow me to speak to their back office and said they would notify them I don’t like their decision not to refund me and ended the call. This company is disgusting thieves and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau & my credit card company

Finish Line has taken everyone's money over the holiday and did not send any merchandise! If you don't have the ability to fill the orders then DON'T TAKE THEM!! You can't get through to customer service because too many people are complaining!! You guys suck and you need to give anyone who did not get their items by Christmas their money back!! Y'all are crooks!!
Dysfunctional & potential scam
Difficult if not impossible to reach a live representative to resolve shipping status issues. Poor communication, inventory management and shipping operations. Items noted as “shipped” had still not been delivered to USPS after 7 days of me being notified item had shipped and representative had no idea when this would be resolved - rep stated they could not find any information in their system. I learned the Second item was out of stock only after speaking to the customer rep. This had not been proactively communicated even though the order had been in place over a week. I am awaiting refund as I cancelled my order. Ready to dispute charges with credit card company if not credited within 72 hours which is timing provided by customer rep. This operation is a disaster and would not recommend wasting your time and money on this disreputable business.
HORRIBLE company
HORRIBLE company. Ordered online, size was too small. Went to store with receipt to exchange, and employee rudely said I cant exchange because no order was attached to my order number. I looked it up myself, it CLEARLY is. Store worker was rude and soo unhelpful . After calling the company and being on hold almost 2 hrs I learned what a dysfunctional company this is, and how poorly run.

Horrible experience from in-store service to calling customer service
From in-store service to calling customer service, they need to fully follow the process of serving the customer. I returned some shoes I ordered online to the store, and it was through Afterpay. The refund was never processed. I called customer service, and they verified it would be processed. It never processed. The fact that it takes 25+ minutes to speak with a rep over the phone is a sign that they have issues. Your staff needs to be retrained. I am still waiting on my refund

Go anywhere else, the discounts are not worth the aggravation.
I had to give them 1 star because it wouldn't let me review if I didn't, but i would give them 0. The inability to get an order correct when placed online is the norm, and trying to get your funds returned is an even greater odyssey. They always have an excuse why they need to restart the 3-5 day wait period and after 9 days, still no refund.
