Exceptional customer service, very prompt response and a satisfactory outcome.
I had bought a handbag at Christmas for my daughter and the stitching on the straps had come apart so I contacted Fiorelli via email and because the bag was still in warranty, they will replace it straight away. Fantastic! I will definitely use them again. Thank you Fiorelli.

Unfortunatey the bag was damaged when it arrive.
I emailed customer service and they replied speedily and sent me another one out immediately and a label to return to damaged.

Amazing Customer Service
When purchasing my latest handbag I had a glitch at checkout and my 15% off voucher wasn’t applied. Customer service was fantastic and within 12 hours of my email (email was sent at 21:00) they had rectified it and refunded my 15% back, hassle free.
I am now more inclined to shop there again and have already decided to buy my cousin a Fiorelli bag for her birthday in April.

Excellent and speedy customer service. Bought a bag at Christmas and it was clearly a design fault with the zip catching the leather and creating lots of snags. Offered a credit note to put towards a new bag.

Very good service from this company. I ordered a bag which unfortunately got delivered to a bin (not the companies fault I believe it was Evri courier) of which I could not locate; I contacted the customer service team who sent me out another bag which got delivered no problems! I would order again
