Excellent product
Excellent product, the care line team can talk to my partners grandad anywhere he goes, so much better than the rest on the high street that only have them for the house and speak to the person thorough a speaker not the pendant. First line protect are brilliant!!!!!!!

As you may or may not be aware, we have recently taken on another company and their stock. This stock in-fact, new, was issued with different lanyards compared to our primary FLP heavy-duty, anti-snag lanyard. We have since rectified the problem and have reverted to our original.

Prompt efficient service . Reliable communication wherever we may be gives peace of mind to all. The talk through pendant has made a fantastic improvement to the problem of responding to someone who has hearing difficulties and dementia as reassurance on the progress of assistance greatly relieves the stress of any situation.

Always helpful and patient
They would never mind if my father accessed their support by accident. Always patient that he had set off his alarm inadvertently in the first few days of wearing it and getting used to being washed whilst wearing it.

Easy to set up and use
