However, I would like to clarify how our process works. As we advise all customers, we do not attend appointments unless we’ve spoken with you on the day to confirm. This is to ensure your availability and avoid any unnecessary disruption or wasted time on both sides. We also send a reminder email beforehand, which clearly outlines this policy.
On the day of your appointment, we attempted to reach you six times without success. As we didn’t manage to make contact, we followed our standard procedure and did not attend. Fabulous service , right from first call to end, our two fitters were brilliant, polite and friendly, happy to comply with our needs, tidy and professional . Would highly recommend. Quality and look of windows and doors fabulous. Only minor hiccup door feature was wrong and a pane of glass broken, these were both sorted fast and without hassle. Really pleased

Impressed with the outcome. Highly recommended.
Very smooth procedure from placing the order to completing the installation. Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable and the presentation was very informative. The survey was carried out efficiently the next day by Brian and the installation was quick, perfectly done and the fitters were polite, hard working and friendly. They completed the job in a day and cleaned after themselves like nothing had happened. I would recommend them to anyone with pleasure.

100% satisfied in their service from end to end. The sales visit was simple efficient and not an ounce of pressure, with a very competitive price. Survey visit was thorough. On installation day the guys turned up on time, were pleasant, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and done a faultless job. I had a new door and window fitted and very pleased.

Second time we have used this company…
Second time we have used this company now and I have to say I am so grateful for everything. Windows and fitting was great as always. We will see you again at some point for the finally part to of our home and as discussed already we should be using you soon for our daughters home.

A five star experience.
I have had a fantastic experience with this company. The surveyor was friendly and knew his job inside out. The fitters spent over nine hours in my home to complete the job in the day. They were very efficient and skilled at their job. They used dust sheets, hoovered and cleaned the windows. My new front door is absolutely perfect. I am so happy I chose Fitter Windows I can't thank them enough. My Son and neighbours also like the products I had fitted.

Had a salesperson come round on said date to estimate of cost of new windows small UPVC x 3.
I gave a deposit £1000+ but after speaking with family was convinced to cancel order, did so by email and attempted phone call ...no response to either and no teturn of my deposit. Would never advice to use this company

To clarify, after you signed the contract, we scheduled a survey appointment as part of our standard process. When our surveyor arrived, you informed us that you were not available, and we had to rearrange the appointment. Upon calling to reschedule, you then informed us that a relative had unexpectedly arranged and installed new windows at your home over the weekend without your knowledge, and you requested to cancel your order with us.
As per the contract provided to you at the time of signing, the cancellation process requires a signed cancellation notice within the 7-day cooling-off period. We did not receive this, but upon receiving your email, we responded accordingly and took the necessary steps to help you.
We have always been available to speak to and have when you called spoken to you.
We want to assure you that we do not pressure anyone into making a purchase—we were invited to provide a quotation, and you made the decision to proceed at the time. While we completely understand that circumstances can change, we believe your review does not accurately reflect the situation and these such review can be damaging to a business and unfair.

Very Disappointed with the Quality of Windows and Services Provided
I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Fitter Windows . Unfortunately, the windows I purchased are of poor quality, and their promises turned out to be nothing but deceit.
After installation, I noticed serious issues with condensation, and the windows were not installed properly. When it comes to sound insulation and energy efficiency, it’s not even worth discussing, as it’s all just false advertising.
It’s frustrating to see that no one checks whether the windows are installed correctly. They use insufficient and low-quality insulation foam, resulting in air gaps after installation.
I want to share this experience with others so that they are aware of the real problems they may encounter. I strongly recommend looking for other options before choosing this company for your windows.
By the way, they convinced me to buy triple-glassed windows,the most expensive , but these windows are worse quality than the old ones I had!
Update
I initially wrote a negative review regarding the issues I faced with the windows, but I would like to update my feedback.
While my initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate their efforts to make things right.
They replaced some of the windows and properly insulated them with sufficient insulation foam.
I finally found some nice people in this company who genuinely tried to resolve the problems. They were very kind and attentive, making sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction.
I truly appreciate their efforts and dedication to customer service.

Regarding the condensation issue, we would like to clarify that condensation forms when excess moisture is present inside a property and is not caused by the windows themselves. If your home has underlying damp or ventilation issues, this can lead to condensation on any windows, regardless of their quality.
We stand by the quality of our products and installation, and we assure you that the windows installed are exactly what was promised and of not poor quality, we only install A+ Windows. If you would like to have an independent inspection, we welcome this and are confident that it will confirm the windows and installation meet industry standards.

Asked the company to come and fix a couple of my windows that were stuck and would not close or open properly. John arrived with a smile and sorted the windows , new hinges and realignment. Kept me informed throughout and left the areas clean and tidy. Big thumbs up from me.

I was pleasantly surprised with the…
I was pleasantly surprised with the work done. Until now, all other work undertaken at this property by so called professional traders has either been badly done or overpriced. This is why I undertake most of the building/diy work myself if possible.
Your fitters were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for them. They carried on working through rain, snow and an outside temp of 2 degrees C. I did however have trouble understanding what they were saying but we managed to overcome this problem. We will see how the windows perform during the winter and if succesful will recommend your company.

Excellent workforce
From the moment the two men arrived until they left over 10 hrs later they were polite , considerate and hard working . There was a slight problem when the wrong beading had been delivered but new beading of the correct size was sent out . The whole procedure wasn’t as bad as I expected as the workmen tidied up after themselves and so far I am delighted with the results . Hoping there will be no problems with the bad weather approaching .

Poor sales experience
We found Fitter Windows through the 'Help to buy windows' scheme. The sales guy who visited us was condescending and every question was met with a sarcastic/arrogant response. We ended up signing the contract but ended up cancelling as we couldn't fathom going with this company only on account of the sales guy. We ended up going with a company with a higher quote in the end as a matter of principle.

Fitter Windows gave excellant service from beginning to end . Kevin,s help in choosing what we wanted was invalueable . Jeromy then visited to measure up and again gave excellant advise and we changed a couple of choices of style and have to say he was spot on . Both fitters Gerald & Max were a pleasure to have in our home and are excellant fitters and we were amazed that they fitted our new windows quickly & cleanly with very little damage to our decorating . They are clearly both experienced and exceptionally good at what they do .The windows themselves are very good quality and have made such a differance to our home already even though it is,nt quite finished as yet . I must also mention that as our front doorway is very narrow , I was disapointed not to be able to have my original choice of front door and chose what I could from ones that I was,nt keen on but now the door is fitted I really like it .
