I found Fitter Windows on a government scheme for my dad as he needed all new windows for the house

The guy that came round that did the quote was fantastic and so helpful and put our minds at rest

Was given worse case by the surveyor that came round about work that needed to be completed before new windows (and this is written on the notes given to me), only to have it back tracked by the office/surveyor. My builder was accused by a member of staff of trying to rip me off, but the builder had given me a quote based on what the surveyor told the builder (was handily at the property at the same time). Whilst trying to tell said member of staff on the phone that what the surveyor had said to me and what was written on the office notes where two different things, I was constantly over spoken, not listened too. I was treated and spoken to appalling by said member of staff.

From my very first call where I spoke to a lovely lady named Daisey to discuss my needsto the fitting of my new windows I received a very professional service. Any questions or queries I had were dealt promptly without any hassle. Extremely satisfied with my purchase and the process. Would highly recommend.

From the beginning of the experience of dealing with fitter windows to the end we got total professionalism from the first call of our enquiry to the installation. My only complaint for this excellent service is they had too many samples to choose from. Truly a breath of fresh air and made what I thought was going to be a nightmare easy. I was worried about the finance aspect but they also took care of all of that and I’m on an affordable repayment plan. Highly recommend.

I needed my front door changed back in November 2023. Not only did most companies state it would be impossible before Christmas but the prices were also so much more then I expected. Then a neighbour suggested this company, I’m so glad she did! Not only did I save almost £500 but also had a beautiful new door fitted in time for hosting Christmas. Thank you so much.

To say I got a completely different service than expected was an understatement. Sadly I’ve not had the best experience with double glazing companies in the past (I used one of the most well known previously). I was so disappointed with my previous chosen company I did not let them complete the job! A friend recommended Fitter Windows, I’m so happy with their service. Not only was I advise in a way that saved me money but their aftercare goes above and beyond any I’ve had before. If you want a stress free experience this is the place to call.

Customer service is outstanding. The windows and doors fitted are excellent quality and we are impressed with how quickly the job was finished. You really get what you paid for. Thank you to all the staff. We are very happy.

I’ve called and booked an appointment. They sent an email confirming the visit. I drove 45min to be there they did not attend. Lack of respect

Well pleased with our windows fitted last week installers,we're very clean and efficient. Covered carpets and cleaned up behind them I highly recommend them and would use them again

The windows, patio door and front door just look amazing!!! The workers from fitter windows were, quick, clean, tidy and excellently experienced at their job, could not fault a single thing!

I had all my windows done, reasonably price. After the job, has one problem but it was rectified after. Happy with the job.

Perfect from start to finish, Chris came out and was excellent, very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Our new windows and doors look fantastic, we highly recommend this company.

Avoid! Installation workmen were rude and judgemental, we are renovating and they made comments on our house. One of them spoke so rudely to me as well, looking down on me and snapping. Also left cigarettes outside our front on the floor. Once all windows were installed they told me the person had measured our front door wrong so they’d have to order a new one so this delayed our porch and front door being done when our windows had been completed (master bedroom window later had to be redone as trim was incomplete and ‘bodged’ up).
The new door took 2 months to come after chasing up multiple times and I had to take ANOTHER day off work after the three already taken off for the first installation. This new door was scratched and someone had tried to colour in the scratch with black pen!!!!!!!! It is now nearly September and we are STILL waiting for our replacement door. So installation was supposed to be May and on the 31st of August we are still waiting for our front door to be replaced. Absolutely fuming!

Overall a friendly company.
The initial consultation and measurement appointment for 4 windows and a glass door, was great.
There was a couple of snags post-installation with the sealant around the window, but the company sent someone round asap to fix this; and the company have been happy to answer any small questions in relation to the windows (even a year later).
Only issue was in relation to the organisation of scaffolding for the installation; as Fitter Windows used a third party company for this and there was miscommunications throughout about the length of time the scaffolding would be up for which caused additional problems for us with property management. However, Fitter Windows were apologetic about this and did everything they could to resolve the issue with the third-party.

We ordered our windows and doors back in February this year to replace the whole house big contract, 3 bay windows French doors ECT, was given 6th march they cancelled then 24th April was cancelled again we are one 13th may and got email saying sorry no date is set yet due to lead on Windows delayed, now this should of already been in stock, I'm now loosing confidence in this company I'm still waiting ,

Gerald ,max and micky fitted my whole house 3 bedrooms ,living room ,bathroom and a new door I am hard to please ,but I thought these guys were fantastic Gerald has 40 years experience great fitter max and micky(Michael) also fantastically professional you don't have to believe or trust my review ,I don't really care but if you pay your money and you want a great job with no issues without having to worry about your big investment then use these guys fitter windows if you have given these guys a bad review you probably will never be pleased I know we are

Excellent Customer Service! Professional staff and outstanding workmanship! Our home feels warmer and has the ‘home sweet home’ effect because of the amazing fitted windows and doors. Awful service, terrible installation, incompetent people.
We were sold windows that, once arrived and installed, showed poor quality and looked horrible.
Now draft is coming through leaving us with high energy bills and after a year of requests to sort it out, they still did nothing.
