Can't fault the company for the service…
Can't fault the company for the service they provide. It takes a lot of hassle away from myself, and when needing to speak to someone directly they are very professional and polite.
The only criticism I would make is when ordering a repeat prescription there seems to be no way to include the complementary 'Dry Wipes'. It's now at the point where when ordering online I disregard trying to include them, and instead order them from elsewhere at cost. I would have thought it would be sensible to automatically include the wipes as part of the order.

I would have given 5 stars but when DPD…
I would have given 5 stars but when DPD deliver my parcel they invariably leave it on my front door step whatever the weather, not even bothering to knock my door, I have witnessed this several times by watching from my front room window when the parcel is due. Dealing with Fittleworth is a pleasure, all the operatives I have dealt with have always been pleasant and helpful, shame about DPD letting them down.

Fittleworth are amazing
Fittleworth are amazing. From the starter pack I received in hospital to the ongoing delivery of supplies. The longest I have ever had to wait for delivery once an order was placed with CUSAP was 7 days, which is brilliant. I love the inclusion of the dry wipes and disposal bags with every order, even though I forgot to ask for them. Top marks for customer service, customer care and just being totally committed to what they do.

Very helpful staff and reliable…
Very helpful staff and reliable service. Just disappointed you have moved from DPD who i consider efficient and supported by an App which gave regular updates on the delivery etc to DHL who give no information on delivery until the day itself. Historically poor service but we will wait and see. I'm sure this is about cost cutting but I'm sure delivery complaints will increase.

White van manThere was no prior message to indicate…
There was no prior message to indicate delivery slot this was not a DHL delivery. the driver had his own white van. He rang the door bell and before I opened the door to receive my delivery, he had been to my neighbour and handed to her. No card came through my letter box telling me this. When confronted his excuse was that he had 300 deliveries to make that day (Tuesday 7th) so had to press on. He could have handed it to me instead of going next door in less time had he waired e few more seconds
