Caroline was so unbelievably helpful and informative when I went into the branch. She made it so simply and easy, really taking the stress off for me. Julie & Ruth were the team members I spoke to the day after to get a payment link sent and help with a payment issue. Again, they were so helpful and lovely, making it quick and simply to get sorted. 100% will be recommending to anyone (I’ve already told 3 people how great this is) and will be returning the second I have some annual leave to spare!!!

Excellent service, was unaware Flight Centre had a shop in StAlbans, first noticed it on Tuesday was able to walk in and discuss possible holidays for 2026. Makes life much easier to be able to discuss face to face or on the phone rather than having to do all the searching and booking yourself online and making an expensive mistakes.
Found Shell Harris informative, active listener in terms of what we were looking for. Cheerful, nothing was a problem. Would recommend to others.

Scarlett was an absolute star, when we were booking our multi flight trip, to SE Asia. Despite a number of intricate change requirements, every time she came back with the perfect solution and each time was with a smile and an outline of what each change meant.
