Service was fantastic! Delivery customer service was amazing and easy to get in touch with about organising my delivery to suit my needs. Driver arrived early in morning and left my flooring inside the bottom door as I requested. Not too keen on the actual flooring as it is grey and not white as stated, but as I’d arranged a fitter to come the next day I could not change it. However the floor seems like it’s went down well. Time will tell if it is good quality.

We are currently in the process of renovating a whole house. We have ordered many samples from lots of carpet suppliers, but Flooring Revolution always came up with great quality at a great price. We first ordered Moonlight Saxony for our bedroom, this arrived on our chosen day, and the delivery was trackable and the driver even helped us get the carpet, underlay and grippers in. We loved our first purchase so much we have ordered the same carpet again for the 2nd bedroom. This delivery wasn’t trackable this time, and the driver just left the carpet outside the house. But overall I will be returning to Flooring Direct for more carpet for the rest of the house, can’t fault the top quality at unbeatable prices!

Ordered from this company 3 times now, and would definitely continue using this company in the future. Cheapest prices around for laminate, customer service is excellent, had a little issue with the 2nd order and they went above and beyond to correct the problem on the same day. Delivered on time, delivery drivers always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend flooring revolution, and have recommend to family and friends too. Will be back very soon to use again. Thank you 🥰

There's nothing to recommend about this company.

I ordered carpet and underlay from them and, after delivery, the carpet is terrible. There's barely any actual carpet on the roll it's of such poor quality. As such I asked to arrange a return immediately.

Firstly their returns are NOT free - they charge a 50% restocking fee. And secondly it takes them over a week to collect the unwanted carpet, which is again unacceptable.

I would strongly advise to avoid and to pay a little more for better carpet & customer service.

website is easy to use, theres a helpful measurement calculator, placing the order was simple. kept upto date regarding the orders dispatch, i ordered monday late evening, the flooring was delivered the same week on thursday. very fast!
flooring is great quilaty and looks lovely in my living room.
