Flooring Revolution Reviews

Perfect from start to finish.
Simple to order, clear website.
Delivered on time as promised, happy to recommend.

Fantastic product, as described on the website. Text & email confirmation along with tracking received, almost immediately after ordering. Driver should have been here between 0847-1147 and arrived at 0842 carried all 10 packs down our extensive drive way and placed them right by our door for us fast and efficient delivery!
Began to lay the product almost immediately after delivery and it slots together like a dream, it makes the room look like a whole new room! Would certainly recommend Flooring Revolution to anyone, and use again!

Emails received to confirm order and delivery. Delivery driver was very polite and helpful. Purchased BerryAlloc Ocean - Retro Chic Blue Grey Laminate Flooring. Easy to lay and looks great. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service good communication

shaun sales person in shop wonderful prefect product service great will use again

I found the website clear and easy to navigate and found exactly what I was looking for at a slightly better price than anywhere else I had looked which was great. I saw most of the reviews were positive with also some negative claiming they did not receive a confirmation after purchase and that communication was poor. This did not put me off and my experience was very good. I received a confirmation email straight away and then delivery was confirmed. The delivery itself was very good. I was kept informed and the driver was very polite and helpful.
In my confirmation email I received a discount if I needed to buy any additional flooring which I did and again the process was as before. I would buy from them again and would recommend

Great service. Fast delivery and kept updated on the day. Flooring good quality

Managed to get carpet for my two bedroom and vinyl for the rest of my flat at literally a quart of the price I was being quoted elsewhere. Wasn't expecting much as it was so cheap but I just needed something down quick and had read reviews online that they have quick delivery. To my surprise, the quality is amazing. My carpets are lovely. I ordered the 12mm underlay with them and they are so soft which is perfect as I have aa young baby. My vinyl is beautiful! Quality is amazing, looks really expensive! Delivery was really quick and the delivery driver was so lovely and helpful! I literally couldn't have asked for a better service. This company is really good and I can't imagine ever going elsewhere in the future for flooring. For context, I managed to do the whole flooring, including underlay and gripper rods etc in my large 2 bed flat for around £700. I had been quoted £1100 elsewhere JUST for the two carpets for my bedrooms. So glad I found you guys! Thank you so much

Thank you was very good service and very quick, quality flooring. The man that delivered was very helpful.
Will be ordering again,
Thank you so much.

Contact withe customer. After ordering laminate flooring, I needed underlay & door treads. So asked what needed. Came straight back with requirements

So they set up link for me to order, & pay. WS v simple 👌. Thrilled with flooring too. Has been laid, & looks fab.

Great value for money, great quality laminate although promotion was not added correctly customer service team replied quickly and sorted everything there and then promotional discount was back in my account really quick. Delivered on time in great condition.

I was kept up to date with where my order was at, given a date and an option to change it. It arrived bang on and I had organised a safe place for it to be dropped off in case I was out. The delivery driver was friendly and chatty too. Nice service all round

Very good customer service
Really quick response and action to solve my problem

Lovly carpet quick delivery

A first class experience from an extremely knowledgeable and helpful young lady “Sam” - Sam made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived, her expertise about the products in store was absolutely incredible and we were happy to place an order - if you need a new floor then DWF is the place to go - it’s the only place to go

Really good service and really good product
