Excellent customer service and customer support

I received excellent service from Flooring Revolution. It was easy to order the carpet I wanted and I could choose the delivery date. They kept me up to date with my order and informed me of the time slot for delivery. On the delivery day they arrived within the time slot given and the delivery men could not have done more. They were so helpful and very professional.
The carpet is perfect and just what I expected.
I would highly recommend using Flooring Revolution. They were excellent from the ordering right through to delivery.

From choosing and ordering flooring to delivery everything went easy

This company I'd highly recommend it offers value for money. Easy to order delivery was prompt drivers were polite.

Easy to order fast delivery would definitely recommend to friends

Good quality laminate, well planned delivery, competitive price.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. You cannot speak to a person if you have an issue and for a company of this size I think it's crazy that there is no contact number. Waiting nearly three weeks now for flooring that was delivered first the wrong colour, a week later came to collect wrong flooring and not deliver the correct one and then to wait in a web chat again to be told its going to be another week.

Please hope you don't have an issue with this company as it will take you weeks to try and resolve it!

After having samples delivered to us, we picked and ordered the flooring from the website.
We were able to choose the delivery date we wanted.
We were kept up to date with our order status and took delivery on the day arranged.
All in all a easy to use service with great delivery.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Contact with company was easy and I was given a competitive quote. I was kept informed about the delivery (which was also seemless) and when the flooring arrived it exceeded all expectations. Beautiful colour, great quality and easy to fit. All in all, it was a great experience. Lovely company with polite, professional and friendly staff. Thank you!
