I’ve been a fluid customer for a few…
I’ve been a fluid customer for a few years now. Never had an issue with them. The app is really easy to use. Has a fraud alert text recently didn’t recognise any of the transactions the text showed. Clicked do say no didn’t recognise. They rang me within seconds. Stopped the transactions from going through and froze my card and issued a new one. The call handler was absolutly brilliant. Friendly. Polite. Did exactly what he said he was going to do. I can not fault fluid. Highly recommend.
