Very handy credit card to have and if I need any help there’s always someone on the phone to help me out and they make paying easy too all I needed to do was set up a direct debit to pay a set amount each month and if I use anything extra during the month i am able to pay it off with my bank card

Very easy to apply online, even though you set up a fixed direct debit, if you add a few payments before direct debit due,they only take whats left of it to pay, would definitely recommend it

As a 79 year old pensioner
As a 79 year old pensioner, I was happy to receive my Fluid card especially with the interest free option.
I use my card for yearly trips to Thailand.
Everything was easy, including balance transfers from other cards. When I am up together with my other cards, I will pay them up and just use Fluid. Found Fluid to be excellent.
I have tried to set up a payment from my Bank, I have the Fluid account and sort code number, but my Bank asks for a reference number.Please can you supply this information Alan Syms
