It’s great using a card that’s free of interest. I’m slowly reducing the balance on the card I have with the help of my Fluid card.

Exceptional Help
The Staff at Fluid were extremely helpful to me especially David and another Lady but unfortunately I can’t remember her name. They bent over backwards to help me get things sorted and understood what I was going through.

Hi there , i am very happy and satisfied with my fluid credit card and limit, but i really need a bit more limit and longer balance or money transfer offers to use it more often , as i have some other cards more than 10 K limit and long balance transfer offer which i have to use them first and put them as my first priority .
However i am so satisfied with my fluid credit card and will use it on due time .👍🙏😍

Very disappointed with Fluid
Very disappointed with Fluid. They sent my new card to an address that I have not lived there for over two years. Im not registered at that address and fluid stated that i can not update my address till I authorised the card (which was sent to an old address). My only option was to cancel the new card so now has a hard footprint on my credit report for nothing.
Having received a response to Fluid which was a generic reply .. it has not addressed the issue and quite frankly disappointed in this financial service company.
