fluxies Reviews 

Order placed on the 30th May 2024 and it has never arrived. There has been no communication given from fluxies to advise further on expected delays or stock issues. I have emailed customer service twice within the last 2 weeks and have heard nothing back from them at all. I'm not sure if this company is going bust but either way they should communicate this and refund all of the devoted customers that chose there business amongst many others in an extremely competitive economy, where many people are barely able to feed them selves or keep a roof over there heads let alone buy luxurys such as this. Its nothing less than disgraceful on the company's half.

I would not recommend this company and I hope other people don't fall into the same trap as I and many others have who have written in this review thread reporting the same issue.

I will be starting the process this week of contacting my bank to dispute the payment and report this company.

EDIT - In response to fluxies reply below; I can confirm that I definitely did not recieve any communication from them (including my spam folder) after emailing them twice for order updates.

However, since I placed this review they are now in touch with me privately and have advised that they are processing a refund.

I posted a review in September 2023, that was flagged as "breaking guidelines", I didn't get an email telling me I needed to respond so my review was removed (apparently the default is if a review is flagged as breaking guidelines and you don't respond Trustpilot don't review, they just delete).

I have now reported this as misuse of the flagging tool and have sent Trustpilot all of my proof of order/experience.

Fluxies had flagged my review at the end of October 2023 and had it removed claiming it was "not based on a genuine experience", I sadly never received an email at the time to contest this flag of my review, but I have now been able to.

I'm leaving this review up, because again, this is an accurate review of my experience with this company. I don't believe companies should be allowed to brush poor experiences under the rug and pretend like they didn't happen to make their overall reviews better.

I Find it very weird that rather than reaching out to a customer directly to try to resolve at the time, you go DIRECTLY to Trustpilot and tell them that it is a false review and "not based on a genuine experience" to try to get it removed.
For clarification, according to Trustpilot, you were not questioning the validity, you were outright stating it was a false review.

And yes, I do now have two reviews as I added the new one as my original one had been removed. I reached out to Trustpilot when I found out you had flagged it as false. Trustpilot took my proof that my review that had been removed unfairly and decided to re-instate my genuine review.

Placed an order at the beginning of May. I think it was stated that a couple of items wouldn't be available until the end of May, but it's now the middle of June. I've had no communication from them at all with regard to when I might expect to receive the order.

I ordered from them on the 23rd of March. It's now June and my order hasn't arrived - I've emailed them multiple times to their support email and "hello" email with no response. Very disappointed will be contacting my card company to dispute this payment and get a refund.

Really poor service, I recommend avoiding this company.
Ordered 3 pairs at the beginning of April, not realising that one product was pre order for end of April, this delayed the whole delivery.
I’ve now requested on multiple occasions for the order to be split and the in stock items to be sent. I was told this was done more than 2 weeks ago but I’ve still not received anything, even though website states 3-5 days delivery.
I’ve asked 3 times for tracking info for the packages sent but they can’t provide.
I’ve been more than patient but it’s getting beyond a joke now, they are also unable/unwilling to cancel my order completely.

I bought my first pair of Flux / Fluxies period pants more than a year ago as a last ditch attempt to get some sleep.

I’m in perimenopause and my periods can be so heavy. I’d be waking multiple times in the night to change pads OR there would be bedsheet and pyjamas in the wash every morning. It was exhausting,

Fluxies work. Even on my heaviest days. They don’t leak. They’re comfortable. I feel clean. I have six pairs now, I’m not adding to plastic waste by using pads and tampons.

What’s not to love.

I rarely review anything, but I want people in my situation to know that these period pants WORK!

I was really excited to try Fluxies after being targeted on Instagram and spent £92, a lot of money for me. The money was taken from my bank account and order confirmation email received, saying I'd receive it in 2-3 days.

6 days later and hadn't received any further communication, or my order. I politely emailed in, assured I would have a response in 48 hours. 10 days later, still nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. Have now emailed three times and yet to receive a reply.

So I'm now £92 down and being ghosted, and no contact number on their website. Starting to think this is a scam as some reviews say the same thing?? Gutted is putting it mildly.

Fluxies have given me freedom, freedom from the guilt of polluting the environment and freedom from constant worry of leakage and bulk. I have a small drain in my lower bowel.. fluxies has significantly contributed to me being normal, I can forget and get on… I can go out with confidence. They are a game changer!!!

Terrible customer service, extremely rude. Worst period pants I’ve tried so far- sweaty, uncomfortable, and feel very low quality for the extortionate price. Feel very plasticky like wearing a nappy, I even prefer pads to this garment (and I really, really dislike pads). Refund process is a cluster.

I have made an order a week ago & paid for 1-2 days delivery. A week later the parcel was never sent…
The customer service is not responding & neither the IG group.
My friend recommended me this company & I trusted her. I am super disappointed by the experiencs. I am not sure how to get my money back now…

These are excellent and absolutely worth spending the money on. I tried the M&S own brand multipack for half the price and they simply don’t compare. I’m buying more Fluxies because they are so comfortable and work really well.

The response to my question was very fast, and that given the fact that I sent the email on Christmas morning :)
Their help was super and clear!
Their products are great, and I will keep buying here.

Great product, flattering & functional. Worth the investment

Since I’ve discovered the menstrual underwear I started to use less and less absorbants. When I am on my “heavy “ days I use the night pair.
Order takes longer than other online order to deliver. For an out of stock product I have waited for 3 or 4 months, even so they’ve send an email informing me that it will be available in 1 month.

Purchased 2 as wasn’t sure what size to get. Have been trying to return the other (unopened) since September!

Terrible customer service!!
I ordered 3 products in August. I have still not received 2 of them. When I contacted Customer Service they apologised for the delay and said the products would be dispatched on the following day. I said I wanted a refund because of the 12 weeks delay. They did not reply. I emailed again and they said the order was dispatched and they did not receive my email asking for a refund. 10 days has passed, still no products received or reply to my 2nd email asking for a refund.
A shame, the products look nice. But so poor customer service I had to write this negative review and will definitely find another company who values their customers higher.

I've been wearing fluxies for the past few years and will never go back to wearing disposable pads! The pants are so comfortable and easy to clean. Absolutely love them!

Horrible experience with fluxies! I ordered 8 pants for my daugher on August 4, 2023. Money took upfront from my credit card. The delivery in Spain was supposed to take 3-4 days and as the company advertised on its website, there shouldn't be any custom problems for delivery in EU.
Initially I have not received any confirmation email with my order, and therefore no order number, nothing.
When I wrote them asking about my order and where is the parcel, after many ignored emails they claimed they have answered and they have wrote me asking additional information for the delivery adress - which is plainly not true.
After 5 emails I have received a number which should have been the number of my order that never arrived.
To this date November 15, I have received no products and no refund for the fluxies pants "bought" in August 4th, 2023.
The customers service is cvasi inexistant.
They reply arbitrarily at one out of any 3-4 emails I sent: first asking where my parcel was and what was the number of my order (September 2023). Then the Spanish customs asked me to register my ID, copy of the payment order from my bank, a signed custom declaration for the purpose of paying custom duties related to my parcel (!) and finally they asked for the invoice from seller.
I have asked the company (at fluxies support email) through 5 different emails to send me the invoice. 3 were ignored, one was answered wih a different custom shiiping doc - which was not an invoice and therefore not accepted by thw Spanish customs.
My last 4 emails as of October and November 2023 were for refund.
All of them have been ignored to this date. I wrote approximately 15-18 emails to fluxies support email.
I noticed that only 1 in 3-4 emails recieve confirmation and what looks (not sure it really is) confirmationnumber from fluxies.
All this looks to me prettly much like a scam.
I wish I have read the other reviews before ordering not one but 8 pairs! from such a company.

What really bothered me is that, after spending 4 months trying to get the products, after my many emails were ignored, I got this plain reply that they do not understand what was happening with the customs- AS THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO THEM BEFORE- and saying they send daily parcels in Spain with no problem like this. Implying that somehow this cutoms mess has to do with me, the customer and not with their company.
What a shame!
