I was very pleased to see that it was delivered in a well-sealed sturdy cardboard box this time. Although it was tougher to open at least it was all there, undamaged.
I am so glad that I found you online.

I was buying in bulk inorder to stock up & avoid many small purchases.
Unfortunately, the risotto rice only has a short shelf life, which is very disappointing. I will not be buying in large quantity again

It’s great to have a company where I can get most, if not all, the organic items I need from one place. All items with generous use by date and until I get to use the items I trust the description of the products.

I recently bought 1kilo dried almonds.
They arrived OKAnd well packed. However, when I opened them
They were , dry, dusty, bendy, absolutely awful.some had rodent bite marks on them!
I tipped the almonds into a container, to check them all. They were uniformly poor quality
I contacted F.WFoods and explained, I took photo, as req.
I offered to return them.
I was pretty much disbelieved, ( ie our goods are the finest quality etc.)
I was offered a credit note for ( my next purchase )
But, I didn’t wish to make a next purchase.!!
(I’ve been buying dried almonds to eat , as a snack for 8 plus years) from a different co. Without any issues.
I would not wish to deal with Forest Whole Foods again.
As much from the way ,the issue was dealt with, as the really poor quality product I received.

A lovely company all round - a great range of super, quality products, swift delivery, reasonable prices and a team who care about their customers - we are not just a number!

The food was delivered to the wrong house.
We notified you and you said you'd contact the Post Office. Despite 2 follow-up communications we never heard back from you. We are out the money and trying to recover it.
