Extortionate prices to tighten a u-bend under the sink which took less that 5 minutes £94 pounds. The job was done on 11th March and I only received the emailed invoice last week. Customer agent rude and arrogant I immediately sent am email without prejudice complaining about price etc and told them I am happy to pay VAT (as thats sll the agent went on about) but could the revise their "charge out rate" for such a tiny job which i would have done myself had i been able they haven't even had the decency to respond to my email

Our central heating and hot water stopped working in the middle of winter, rather inconvenient! I phoned Forth Plumbing and they arranged for a plumber to come the next day. Graham, the plumber, phoned me before he came and we ascertained that the problem was the circulation pump. I sent Graham a photo of the pump and he brought out a spare pump which he fitted very quickly with no mess. Very happy customers

As usual, good service from this company. I was able to make an appointment for a service very quickly. The engineer turned up on time, polite and friendly and I was happy with his work. Reasonable fees too - would recommend.

Forth Plumbing upgraded our central heating system, installing a new boiler, radiators and associated pipework. The job was scheduled for 3 days and was completed bang on time. The two tradesmen (Graham and Gary) did a great job, and left the house clean and tidy after each days work. All in all we were very pleased with the work, and wouldn't hesitate to call on Forth Plumbing for any future jobs.

The whole process was very professional and proficient; the team could not have been easier and helpful in all aspects of their work and their care and attention. The engineer in fact found a fault in our cistern which was overflowing (nothing to do with the actual contractual work) which we managed then to replace. Also a small problem arose with a door which the carpenter returned and fixed with out any fuss until it was perfect. Full marks!

From our initial enquiry we were delighted with the service we received from Forth Plumbing. A very helpful receptionist informed us that the owner, Hugh, would come out to do a survey. He was professional and knowledgable about oil-fired boilers and answered our questions re installation. The installation carried out by Graham was done within a week of our initial enquiry and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Forth Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Graham and Joe worked on replacing 7 radiators and blocked pipes on 9 radiators. They were very respectful of our home and did a great.job. Importantly the price was very good, much less than I thought. My house has never felt so warm. Many thanks Elaine and Owen

I have dealt with Forth plumbing for many years now, getting boiler services from them, and gas safety certification. They always turn up when they say they will, are professional in their manner and do the job in good time. Compared to others this is amazing.
