I'm not keen on troubleshooting via Chat but it has worked extremely well on Payrol this afternoon when I was having some issues. I was attended to immediately and Cristine was very helpful. Thoroughly recommend!

Collegia is really easy to use and compared to other free payrolls, support is available via AI and human to human chat. I've been lucky enough to get an answer within the same hour. I am considering the premium package.

I just wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with Collegia. I was initially a little anxious about transferring five businesses across, but the software made the whole process really straightforward.

This company is amazing. Their staff, especially Cri and Lisa answer chat messages very quickly and efficiently making my life much easier.

Once you get the payroll set up it is easy to use. I did have a few teething issues to start with as some employees didn't want to be in the pension scheme and it wasn't clear that the employee has to remove themselves from the scheme and the employer can't. The help box is very quick at replying to questions as well. I was looking at switching over to a paid software, but they both are pretty similar. I am going to try the pro version to see if it is worth the small monthly payment, but this is still a lot cheaper than the alternative paid software.

Collegia FreePayroll gets 5 stars from me! I was completely lost setting up payroll as a total beginner, but Cri was amazing - patient, clear step-by-step help, and sorted all my confusion quickly. Couldn't have done it without her. Highly recommend!
