Free Spirit Travel Insurance Reviews 

Carla was most helpful as we went through thr medical sections. She listened and then explained how FreeSpirit could handle the information. This involved two calls over a period of 3 weeks or so. Every thing was explained carefully and she ensured that I had undersrtood her comments.
The final price was quite high for a 2 week holiday, even allowing for a cruise holiday. However, I have remained with Free Spirit because of the helpful interraction with Carla.

My wife has multiple health conditions and its always hard to get travel insurance for her that isnt going to cost at least half as much as the holiday if insurers will even give you a quote.We have been using free spirit for many years now and they consistently have the best prices against what is provided and levels of cover we can choose between depending on how much the holiday cost and what we need for that particular holiday

Insurance policy covers what we want at a reasonable cost , we usually go to Tesco insurance but my husband turned 80 in August and they don’t cover 80and over so WE have both gone with Free Spirit insurance many thanks

I have used Free Spirit for the past few years. I believe them to be competitive and that is why I remain with them.

I've used this before and it's great for people with pre-existing conditions. Very straightforward to apply for. So far I haven't needed to make a claim but that will be the acid test I suppose!

I found using your website an easy experience. I enquired for insurance to cover for our UK holiday and was offered a policy to cover my requirements at a lower price that I had been quoted elsewhere.

Process for getting a quote nice and straightforward. Reasonable premium. It was easy to get through to a 'real' person on the phone for additional queries. That member of staff was clear and helpful.

The only issue was the annoying chat pop up that got in the way of the form. It popped up again several times after I closed it. When I did use to query something it gave a different response to the member of staff I spoke to.

Fantastic service and amazing price. So pleased that my Dad's service is recognised. Thank you.
