I understand our customer service team has been in touch as Free Spirit currently restricts cover for countries where the FCDO advise against all travel or all but essential travel. Therefore, whilst Dubai remains essential travel only, alternative cover was arranged under the Travel Plus policy for this trip. Very good company for travel insurance.
My wife has several health issues namely Menieres disease, arthritis in knees and now cancer.
We had approached a couple of other holiday insurance companies who did not really offer much of a service and declined to ensure our trip without really asking anything other than superficial questions.
Free Spirit were different. We spoke with three different members of the team and each one was very good.
They were very easy to communicate with, very amenable, helpful and professional.
Their system works correctly and flawlessly and the whole experience was made straight forward and stress free.
We would highly recommend Free Spirit for any travelers needing holiday insurance that caters for health issues.
Thanks to the Free Spirit team we can now look forward to our holiday with piece of mind that we are correctly insured and that's why they earn a five star review from us.

I spoke to Neil
I spoke to Neil. He was very courteous, could answer all my questions made it easy to renew my policy and was both knowledgeable and understanding. He gave me time and clearly explained what to expect as the next step to opening my policy. Definitely recommend them, especially because they will provide UK only holiday insurance cover with no need for detailed medical screening and provide paper copies - brilliant for us older folk!
