Easy to renew online, all details had to be put in again but was easy enough. We have used Free Spirit for quite a few years now, and if ever we had to contact for example change of medication, it has not been a problem.

TBH I called Free Spirit Travel with a bit of trepidation knowing I had more than one medical issue that would need insuring. However, after talking to a delightfully helpful young lady my fears were whisked away. Yes, it was an in-depth conversation but it was well worth the trouble and I was thrilled to be told that I was indeed going to be insured!

From the start of the conversation to the end, I was treated with respect, empathy and understanding and the service received was exemplary. The member of staff was amazing and the price was within my price bracket which was another cause of concern. I have already received my documents and I am at ease that I can go on holiday knowing that I'm fully covered for any eventuality with Free Spirit Travel! Hopefully, there will be another trip in the future!

First time booking travel insurance and I accidentally forgot to include my TBI during the process, after paying for the policy I was able to call them and they added on my TBI and shunt with no extra charge. Hopefully I wont need to claim on the policy during my trip!

Free Spirit staff are so helpful & kind. I renewed my yearly travel Ins recently and was helped by Sam - lovely lad. Thank you for making it easy for me to navigate the questions and having patience. I’ve not had a claim and hope I never have to but I feel assured I will get the same help if ever needed. Also they keep one informed by email & supply paper copies on request. The telephone was answered promptly, the lady I spoke to was very pleasant and the price of the insurance was very reasonable.

The company was recommended by my insurance brokers, who gave me a contact number. When I phoned I got a prompt response from a REAL person (!) called Katie, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. She guided me through the options and then took payment over the phone. Excellent experience all round. And I wasn't even required to download an App for once!!
