Great insurance quote
Spoke with a real human being! The whole experience was very thorough and the person in customer relations was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good and bad
The insurance met my needs at a reasonable cost.
My main criticism is the Policy Document was quite hard to find my way around to check the product covered what I wanted. It could be made much more user friendly rather than being so legalise. It is compounded by the blue font that is hardly legible.
