Second Year with this company
Second Year with this company. Online application was straightforward although it crashed when trying to pay so had to call. Fortunately the site had retained all the information so did not have to do it all again.
The call was answered promptly and dealt with efficiently. Hopefully will be a similar experience if any claims are necessary.

Everything was explained and easily understood,
This is the second time I've used free spirit as my travel insurer. I would definitely recommend this company.
Their prices were fair and i felt safe and happy knowing if i became unwell and needed hospital treatment everything financially would be taken care of.

I NEEDED TRAVEL INSURANCE, MAINLY TO COVER POTENTIAL MEDICAL PROBLEMS.
i HAVE A RARE CONDITION THAT MAY CAUSE SERIOUS PROBLEMS, BUT HOPEFULLY NOT!
THE HEALTH QUESTIONAIRE COVERS EVERYTHING, I WAS CONFIDENT THAT ALL WAS COVERED.
I PHONED TO RENEW THE INSURANCE AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS EXCELLENT, HAVING NO PROBLEM UNDERSTANDING MY NEEDS ETC.
THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AND COVER ME. TEN OUT OF TEN!
