Courteous staff, pleasant surroundings , efficient car service carried out

Purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Fresh motors at Watton in Norfolk around 2 months ago.
Such an outstanding service from the whole team there. My car had to go back yesterday, 30/4/25 for an issue to be fixed with the blower on the heating controls. The team kindly picked up my car as I’m unable to drive due to a recent operation. Within around 3 hrs, David from the service department called to say the work was done and they have just dropped the car back off just now.
Fresh motors go above and beyond to care and cater for their customers.

I would recommend Fresh Motors to anyone, very good dealership. I came in 2 weeks ago to view a car, upon arrival I had a warm welcome, all questions answered and the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. I collected the car today, everything that I asked Kieran to sort with the vehicle, he has had done. Amazing customer service- very happy with my purchase and experience. Thank you.

Fresh Motors have been absolutely brilliant in helping us after an accident on the way home from Thetford. We called in as soon as we reached Watton. The utmost kindness was shown to make sure we were ok and the car, although damaged, was safe to drive. David Nicol went above and beyond!
Even though our insurance designated another repair shop there was no problem and their services were offered in the future.
I thoroughly recommend Fresh Motors to everyone.

On arrival at the dealership I was given a warm welcome by Danny Williams, we briefly discussed my needs and I was given the keys to view the car of my choice (Suzuki Sx4 S cross) The car was presented in perfect order. I discussed trade in prices with Danny who then introduced me to sales exec Kieran who took me through the formalities of purchasing the car.
All in all a worry free transaction.

Brilliant garage. I had my Tesla tyres replaced there. Great knowledge, lovely waiting lounge and very friendly. As a women, I hate going to a garage but this place made me feel at home. Thanks again and I will be back!

David has been very helpful to me with resolving issues I’ve had with my car; he always gives me sound advice, no matter how big or small the question I am asking.

I trust his advice and always feel he makes sensible suggestions and isn’t trying to rip me off or taking advantage of my lack or knowledge!

I spoke to David on the phone about a repair I might need on my car soon and he was beyond helpful. He also talked me through how the stop start system works on my car which he didn't have to do but was definitely appreciated nonetheless.

I wouldn’t normally use this garage, but since my usual local garage didn’t have the gas required to fix my air-con, I reluctantly took my car to Fresh Motors. In May 2024, they replaced the air-con compressor/ compressor clutch on my A-Class, carried out an air-con service, and re-gassed the system — costing just under £800.
Now, in March 2025, the air-con has stopped working again. After an inspection, Fresh Motors advised that the condenser seals needed replacing, along with another re-gas, quoting over £300. They did mention verbally that this may not fully resolve the issue, as air-con faults can be complex.
In all my years of car ownership, I’ve never experienced air-con issues twice in a single year — although I accept this could be down to bad luck. However, I sought a second opinion from another garage, where I was advised that replacing just the seals would not fix the issue and that the entire condenser unit would need to be replaced. I was also told that the compressor on my car appeared more worn than expected for a part fitted less than a year ago.
After a lengthy discussion with the Operations Director and a Service Advisor at Fresh Motors, in an attempt to kindly resolve the issue, I requested a refund of the diagnostic fee, as I don’t believe the service met expected standards. I’ve been advised that the refund may be issued if I update my review to reflect the time, effort, and consideration they have given me during our discussions — hence this revised review.
I’ve also been informed that the compressor will only be considered for warranty repair if I provide a written report from the second garage (who are currently undecided about formally getting involved). Fresh Motors declined to repair the condenser, as we no longer feel confident in their work.
I hope this updated review reflects both my experience and the follow-up discussions accurately.
