I have been to Fresh Motors multiple times now for services, MOTs and more recently a car purchase, and they always provide a great service! My most recent experience was for a major service on my aging Tiguan.

Understandably there were some issues raised on the complementary health check due to how high mileage the car is, but the service desk explained the issues clearly, didn't push or pressure me to spend money unless it was absolutely necessary, and made me feel at ease that the work I had carried out was the correct choice.

Everyone was pleasant throughout the process and I'm happy with the results.

In addition to this, my car I recently purchased from Fresh Motors needed some remedial work to sort some teething issues and they did a fantastic job of this - I'm really happy! They even dropped the car off for me free of charge.

Overall I highly recommend Fresh Motors both for their sales expertise and Service experience.

Not certain how this business arrived at its name but it has certainly been a breath of fresh air having dealings with their Watton garage. The level of Professionalism and customer service displayed by David Nichols was second to none. Several issues with my car which to the faint hearted would have resulted in a palm off but his determination to fix the problems and deliver a first class service has secured my 100% faith and trust in Fresh Motors … many thanks for you professionalism and dogged determination David. Excellent customer service.

David made my whole experience with Fresh Motors very easy.
From making the appointment right the way through to the after care.
He was very helpful, friendly and polite. Also, made a great coffee.

Very friendly staff and efficient too. I needed an urgent mot doing and spoke to someone called David who helped me get one booked and sorted for when I needed. The service was fast, and the staff were very welcoming. I will definitely use them it again.

Spent time talking to Kieran for most of day via email because I am abroad who was superb with his responses. He was very honest, patient and responded quickly with the information needed. I havent bought the vehicle but felt I needed to review because other dealers I have dealt with, which is many, were no where near as communicative, responsive or interested as Kieran and Fresh Motors. I bought a 10 year old Jaguar XJ and honestly the effort they went to in order to ensure that every little detail was to standard surpassed my expectations.

The buying experience is quick and easy with a zero pressure environment. These guys are so good I travelled 4hrs on trains just to pick the car up and I wasn't disappointed!

I am very happy and couldn't recommend them more highly.
