Won't buy again, sent wrong gauge length items to which no apologies for this, out of pocket as had to pay for overseas postage. Customer service below satisfactory! Even had the nerve to say a piece was 200 dollars which led to more custom duty to be paid yet it only cost me $99.00

If I could give 10 stars I would ! I had an issue with my order(that was my fault the whole time) and it was prolonging and took forever to come in, I originally thought I had the correct size but I did not so like I said it was my fault lol. The customer service rep(Rob) that helped me was so patient and understanding! Even though I gave him a hard time he was still respectful and responded efficiently. This is a small Family business and they take quality customer service and quality products seriously. When my jewelry came in it was wrapped to preserve the sanitation and it fit perfectly! The quality is great and I’ll definitely be back to purchase more .

I informed them I wanted to change my orde one day after I placed my order. On the website the new size was $30 cheaper per ring I ordered 2. The site says they are hand made so this shouldn't be a problem the production could not have started yet. They told that it wouldn't be an issue. 3-4 days later I get an email saying it would be an additional $50 because they needed to be changed mid production. I asked in an email on your site they would be cheaper and now I have to pay more I'm very confused. They explained to main again that because it was mid production the cost or material and labor. So they took the difference in price and charged me $50 more and still sent me the wrong size I'm very disappointed. Now Monday I have to call and argue to exchange the size. I will never order from them again nor will I suggest anyone to order from them

I wish I had read the reviews. I assumed that for the price and with such a wonderful selection this should be a no brainer. I was wrong!
I bought a small 2 mm diamond white gold stud for my forward helix. My order was placed on Oct.18th and I emailed them Oct. 23rd to inquired about my order. I noticed that my account had an error; the country was wrong and I asked it be corrected because no matter how many times I did it the account did not change. I was told it was corrected and I shouldn't worry. Then I was sent an email from FT requesting to pay for shipment, which I thought was strange as my original order said it was free, but I paid to move along the process. When nothing happened I contacted them again as the shipment date of Oct 28th came and went. I was told by Katie that she would check with the jeweler and get back to me. On my account the shipment date changed to Nov. 1st, this date came and went again. Four weeks later I gave up and told them I wanted a full refund or I would be contacting my bank. I received a message from Rob saying cancellations are not normally excepted and made an "exception" for me. The site clearly says international shipment would take 7-14 days not 4-5 weeks and beyond. How are you making an exception when you are not following your own shipment dates? My product was never made. I was not asking for anything but a tiny stud so how does it take over 4 weeks? I checked the postal code of FT and it lead me to what looks like condos in a residential area across from a Wendy's, no actual brick and mortal facility. I was lucky to get a refund. I then bought from Maria Tash and received my product within four days. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

Do yourself a favour and never order an item from this moronic company. They claim that they have ‘expert’ jewellers, in reality however their jewellers are only experts at how to mess up your order. It takes 4+ weeks to receive an order, and about 85% of orders have some sort of quality issue. The lenght of the piercing post is off, the threading of the post and charm isn’t working, you order 2 items and they will only ship one… you name it. Good luck trying to send items back, too… it will take 8+ weeks for them to repair and even the ‘repaired’ item will have another quality issue. Its a never ending cycle of sending items back and forth, and guaranteed disappointment. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Amazing customer service and beautiful jewelry! What more can I say? Rob was a dream to work with and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. What a gem! Love this company!

Always on the top of their game when it comes to delivering quality products. Have ordered several products from them. Never have never had any issue.

Beyond horrible! You better love your item because trying to return it is a nightmare. It takes five emails before a response and they make you jump through hoops explaining why you want to return. The quality isn’t worth the price. Do yourself a favor and skip this place there are other sites 100 percent better.

Don’t waste your money. Horrible customer service and poor quality. You can get better earrings at Claire’s for a tenth of the cost

I purchased a nipple piercing without knowing the actual size and when it arrived it was too small. I contacted customer service and this amazing agent named Paul Cowan assisted me throughout the whole process wonderfully. I cannot stress enough how professional, kind and understanding he was and how easy they made the whole process seem for me. I got my new piercing, the perfect size and it looks so beautiful. I am 100% extremely happy with the company; between the top quality and customer service I will definitely keep purchasing from FreshTrends.

I ordered this 14k white gold diamond nose stud two weeks ago, and I have it on me today. I really could not imagine it will look so good:)) and I'm wearing diamonds girls:) Loveee it! This is a cool shop, highly recommended!

I bought an earring that was the wrong size. Its was unopened, I just got the earring, looked at it and knew it was too big. After speaking to their team via e-mail and phone all they could do was offer 10% off and told me to buy their product again. Just horrible. What is the point of putting a seal on the bag to ensure its brand new and sterile and then claim that even though it's closed/still in tact, ya'll still won't do an exchange or refund? Now I have a brand-new, unopened but wrong sized piece of jewellery. 80 bucks down the drain.

Be careful everyone.

I even asked them if they could resize it for me and they said no. That they wouldn't want to "have their name attached to that".

BUYERS BEWARE

"Faulty item. 3 months for refund and didnt refund the return shipping.

I purchased a rose gold tongue bar from freshtrends. The item arrived faulty. I was advised by Marcus at Freshtrends that theyre unable to send me a return mail package and when its returned a new item will be made and ill be refunded $15 for return postage.

I sent the item via return postage registered post. They claimed to not have received it as usps didnt update their tracking records. It wasnt until a lot of backwards and forwards emails and evidence of it being received sent to a paypal claim that i was acknowledged. 

I was told my replacement item was being made only to then have them cancel it and issue a refund. 

This was 3 months after the initial purchase.

I am still to be refunded the return shipping costs and freshtrends continue to ignore.

DO NOT BUY FROM FRESHTRENDS BUYERS BEWARE

It's a fake site.. They are scammers..
I order on 8th of march 2016 Some yewelry for my girlfriend for 640 dollar.. and now more than a year later they still did not deliver it.. I send a couple e-mails but they don't respons on it.. I ask my momey back but they don't Give it back..

Please do not order on this site it's fake

They never answer phone calls, I've left 2 messages and they don't return my calls
Emails are not responded either. Stay away from them
