My designer did a great job of understanding what I wanted and translating it into an effective design. While I find the software a little bit cumbersome, there is no question that my sales have increased significantly since the design was implemented.

I was looking for something that stood out from the crowd and quite simply Frooition provided it. The whole process was smooth and spot on first time. Once I got to grips with the software for listings everything is now a breeze. Thank you Paul and thank you Frooition

After long time that i was searching for a company that will build my Ebay store i found Frooition with a lot of good positive review and after paying them almost $3000 the nightmare started.

The main design was good BUT when i try to told them that they need to design also the listing template according to the main page template they told me that they will do it later and first i need to sign to approve there design.

Needless to say, after I signed, they renounced their commitment and said that i need pay for them an extra fee for that request.

After I began working with frooition platform over the past six months,
They want me to pay more money on a monthly bases for using their platform(ITS WRITTEN ON A VERY SMALL SENTENCE AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SIGNED)so i told them that i don't want to use their platform and i will use ebay platform to manage my store SO THEY DECIDED TO DELETE MY STORE TEMPLATE AND LEFT MY STORE WITH A LOT OF BUG WITHOUT HESITATING.

BUYER AND STORE OWNER BE AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I Have a good experience with frooition. their staff was very friendly and fast. i contact sales and i received all the information needed different packages and prices. after that we start the work.
i was looking very close to all details of the design so i give to my designer some guidance and freedom so he can design what he thinks it was the best.
The Results results an excellent and professional ebay design. my design includes the mobile version too. i like it. i host my images with frooition too. if you are serious and want to take your business to another level then Frooition is for you.

Frooition has designed both our eBay Store and our eCommerce web site with fantastic results! From the inital concept conference and throughout the design and implementation, the folks at Frooition were professional, creative and far exceeded our expectations on our desired look and function. We have a second web site to upgrade and will definitely be using them again!

I am a new coin dealer and I use eBay to sell through. I was not really impressed with their store layouts, and features so an actual eBay representative told me about Frooition. I contacted Frooition to design a custom store front for me that would make my business/me look professional, like I was a large company that had been in business for a while. The upfront costs may seem to be substantial to some, but let me tell you, you get what you pay for. I was put in contact with a sales rep, who then guided me to the area in which I gave ideas regarding what I wanted the store front to look like. I gave them a crazy combination of colors and themes, I really didn't provide very much guidance. What I got was/is a first class store front. Everyone who visits thinks I am a larger company than I am, basically it gave me instant credibility. My sales increased almost overnight. They have great customer service, I have their "Bronze" support package which is enough for me given my level of sales. With that package, I get to use their library of free tutorial videos and access to support staff. With my package, they give themselves up to 3 days to answer questions, but I have always received a response or answer to my question in 24 hours or less. Recently, I have received an answer the same day. You can do a lot with this site, I am still learning. I think I am in my 15-18th month of using it, and as I said, I am still learning about all of the neat tricks and features Frooition offers. I said it before, but I will say it again: The upfront costs may seem a little expensive, but like with everything else in this world, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Frooition.

i am really pleased with the development of my eBay store and bigcommerce site design i feel James my frooition designer has helped me at every step of the way on call for any queries i had and has step by step taken into consideration every idea i gave him from the specification sheet i think i now have a professional website that fits perfectly to my brand.

I will admit that I was nervous about hiring a company to design my ebay Store and Listing Template, but I could not be happier. Each step of the process was made easier with fast and efficient communication and feedback from my designer, Gareth. The turnaround time for the first preview was quick, and every question I asked was quickly answered. the few tweaks and changes I made were quickly and professionally handled, and I never felt like I was burdening my designer with my endless questions and comments. Once I feel comfortable with the software, I will definitely be thinking about upgrading my ebay design.

When we embarked on this project it was intimidating to say the least, as we had little or no experience in creating a web presence, but the Frooition designer worked with us at every stage of the design and never tired of answering even our most silly questions. The designer brought out the best of our suggestions and improved on those that needed it, always understanding what we wanted, even when we ourselves were not sure what it was we were trying to achieve.Well done, and many thanks. We have really enjoyed working with Frooition. They produced amazing design templates for our multiple eBay stores and their turnaround time and efficiency is amazing! We HIGHLY recommend Frooition.

We use Frooition for our eBay template and I cannot say enough good things about them. Every time I have an issue, Adam not only goes over it with me (or how to fix it) but normally has already improved my design! If that wasn't enough, I always have an answer waiting for me in my inbox when I check my mail in the morning. I swear some of their team don't even sleep.

Check them out, then hire them. It was one huge part of our store I didn't have to ever worry about.

Having scoured the web for an eBay shop design service we decided that Frooition was the way forward and we weren't disappointed.
Once we completed the initial brief's the first designs started coming back to with in a week and with a couple of little tweaks here and there we had seven fully functioning eBay shops, with listing templates and image hosting in as little as 4 weeks.

I would recommend anybody looking for eBay templates or shop designs to give these guys a go you won't be disappointed.

It was a great experience to work with Frooition. They answered all our questions in the beginning and in the process. Designer team made really great looking design. And we had a chance to get involved in a project. When we made our mind design was installed very quickly.

I spent months researching eBay store design providers. Frooition have very tight customers terms which means there are very few full customers reviews. I was slightly worried about this especially as frooition isn't the cheapest provider. Now our store is up and running I can honestly say I was very impressed with the whole package. James Orton my designer was fantastic. He listened to my brief and came up with some lovely initial ideas. We were not in any hurry and wanted to take our time reviewing his ideas. He was entirely happy with this and we took a couple of months and 5 revisions to settle of the final design. The final design exceeded our expectations. The rest of the Frooition Signature package is equally as good. It is without doubt the best service you can get and that comes from someone who is generally sceptical about such claims.

Our eBay store really stands out from the rest, the design represents exactly what our store is all about, and it has also help increase our sales. We are very happy their work, skills and service. Thank you Frooition!

Frooition created a store template, it was done quickly and very professionally. They kept us up to date during the whole process and the end result is exactly what they promised us.

Within this space there are a number of different partners that you can work with which make is very complex and time consuming to review. From the outset Frooition were very helpful and knowledgeable on advising about the different offerings available. They were easy to work with and very proactive suggesting ideas and hitting our tight turn around deadline with ease. Since launch they have offered great support in updating and managing the store on a day to day basis, as well as implementing any enhancements we have required. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any other companies looking to implement a market place store.
