ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
I’m really disappointed with my experience. My item arrived damaged, with the contents loose inside the box. I contacted customer service immediately after opening the package and provided all the requested photos, including 360° shots of the box and close-ups of the damage.
Despite this, I was told that nothing could be done, which was very frustrating considering I followed all the instructions and provided clear evidence. I expected better support and accountability from Funko, especially for a damaged product that was clearly not handled properly in transit.
I’ve always liked Funko products, but this experience has really let me down. I hope the company reconsiders how they handle cases like this and improves their customer care.

I ordered a "Pop Yourself" figure
I ordered a "Pop Yourself" figure, which was rather expensive anyway considering the limitation of customization. Regardless, made a nice Custom for my girlfriend for Christmas. The figure was sent in a box with "FUNKO POP YOURSELF" all over the outside packaging, and she got to it on the doorstep before I could. No warning of delivery, and no discreet packaging. Has completely spoiled the surprise. Will not order directly from Funko again.

the worst experience. purchase won't go through, no replies when seeking help about it, chatbot literally useless and even when registering for an account, it then tells you youre password is incorrect and won't send "forgotten password" (even though I haven't) email.

They don’t give you up to date tracking information.
I had no warning of when it was delivered the package was left on my doorstep with the funko logo on, perfect for letting everyone know what is inside to steal it. Including my other half who found it on the doorstep, and that was meant to be a surprise Christmas gift for him which is now ruined.
No email or text letting me know it was on the way. I know it’s down to the courier for not knocking but why is it clearly in funko packaging! A plain box is what was needed.

Bad from top to bottom
They don't seem to understand that here in Belgium, to have access to the tracking information, your email address needs to be provided to the delivery services. Three of my orders weren't notified to me because they gave their own.
I told them multiple times and they don't seem to care much about that.
One of my orders wasn't complete. I complained and despite the fact that I gave them the order number, they replaced it by sending an order I already received. Which had another order number.
Don't know how they could confuse them.
Anyway, since I am no longer notified, I can't order from them anymore !!!
Maybe it's for the best. I don't recommand !

If i could have given no stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with this company. Customer Services horrendous. I purchased a Kingdom Hearts Loungefly backpack (pre order might I add). This was in July. I have been given 3 different delivery by dates. This was through Amazon with Funko Store. This was meant for my daughter’s birthday, she is absolutely heartbroken and still keeps asking has my bag come yet. Each time I say no she gets upset. I have contacted Amazon who have failed to give me any updates on this situation. Also there are reviews about the bag. How is that possible if none of them have received their orders!!!!! Emailed Funko numerous times no reply. Emailed Loungefly no reply. So I am still without a bag that cost me £80 !!!!!!!

Minus Stars if Only I Could!
I would rate this company minus stars, if I could. I cannot wrap my head around the mindset of a company that sees no value in return customers?
I placed an order in July, 2025. After literally months of waiting on my order that I paid shipping charges for at the time I placed it, I received an email that stated:
”Good news! Your order is on it’s way and should arrive in 7-14 buisness days!”, that was Sept 4th.
You know, from order being placed in July. Today is October 10, 2025.
Today, I decided I should contact them in case there was a problem. I had not heard anything from them since the email. That was the beginning of why I am now writing my review here, today.
Absolutely NO way to reach out. Many efforts to send an inquiry, with the same “error” type message that comes across the screen after blanking out the form & telling me that there is no order matching my number ,I must have it wrong, or my email or my zip code is wrong. After checking and re-checking, nope.
I feel so idiotic! I am TO old to be dealing with this company like this, and to feel burned.
Don't buy unless
If you didn't want to buy any limit edition item then I would genuinely give it 5/5 but I tried to buy a limit edition pip vinyl today I waited until it went live and within seconds it was sold out
Ridiculous wait time
I have to wait 5 MONTHS for a preordered gift yet they have my money? I had to go out and purchase something else for the event. I get it that preorder means some wait time. But 5 months? No cancellations. No refunds. But there would be no normal expectation to wait that long for something. Ridiculous. I’ll never shop there again. But with a 1.5 average rating, they won’t be around much longer anyway.

I've bought Pops for a couple of years now from Funko. Usually the packaging is great, the Pops are in great condition, the delivery takes an age, but at least it arrives.
However, it all falls down when there's a problem. Received an incorrect Pop in a large order of 23. Contacted them following their guides to report. Then it really is just AI responses...no name on the replies, a reply asking for about 30 time and date stamped photos of the box from all angles, the shipping label, all of the pops, and asking for other things that don't make sense. You shipped an incorrect Pop, come on, just make it right... crazy. Such a shame.
Impossible to return
My item, luckily, was delivered. However, when I tried to initiate a return, the website simply said "Sorry, we couldn’t find that order id in our database"... Ta-daa...
Further digging around the website shows that there is absolutely no "Contact Us" form, I am not even talking about a phone. Writing to the support email, I was able to find on one of the pages now.

I ordered a pop yourself on 8/6/2025 for the past week its been showing delayed (supposed to be delivered 8/17/25). After I contacted them it the tracking info suddenly changed to delivered. It never arrived. 60 dollars down the drain
Didn't ship on time. No customer service.
Place an order on August 22nd and was told I would receive it by August 28th. I never received any shipping information so on August 28th I had to go to my account to find out nothing had been shipped. When I tried to inquire my only option was an AI assistant which told me there was nothing that could be done. It offered to create a case which I agreed to. By the time a human reached out the order showed as being shipped. But it wasn't it was sitting in a holding Warehouse in Phoenix Arizona. It is now September 6th and the package shows delivery by September 12th. This was supposed to be a birthday present. I'll probably keep it for Christmas but I will never order from this company again. If you expect any kind of human interaction forget it and don't believe anything about their shipping dates.

Support non existent, no number email, they will not get back to you. EXTREME shipping delays, you will not get your package in a timely manor if at all..
