DHL have said they’ve never recieved my item, getting absolutely nowhere with their “contact us” form on their website

Randomly returned to sender
I placed an order, Funko sent me the tracking number (via Amazon shipping) and all looked good to go. Now I check the tracking a week later to see where my package was and it said “returned to sender”. There were multiple delivery issues listed on the tracking updates then finally said customer refused, which never happened because they never delivered it. Interesting that I tried to verify my shipping with Amazon and they said none of my info matched those of the package.
I tried to get a hold of Funko customer service but there’s no phone number so I have to resort to sending an email that will undoubtedly take days or weeks to hear back from. Horrible experience.

It’s been 5 days since I created some “Funko By Me” for Christmas.
The first time I made the double one and there was no way to add it to the cart — always bugged, with error codes that are only useful to them. I opened a chat with the AI on the website, completely useless as usual, it asked me to open a ticket and I accepted. Nothing in return, not even a contact where they could write to me, obviously.
Then I decided to make 2 separate Funkos and thank God I managed to add them to the cart, but at checkout, when I select ITALY as the country, the shipping method just keeps loading endlessly and does nothing. Of course, if you go to the France, Spain, or Germany site, everything works normally.
I opened another ticket, still no response. As far as I’m concerned, they could shut down today. Embarrassing.
Let’s not even talk about the iOS app, which used to be great with the full list of Funkos you owned — now it doesn’t even open. I wish the worst to the company and whoever came up with these brilliant ideas.
Zero customer service. Avoid.
Pre ordered an item last year, delayed twice but noweveryone is getting theirs but mine still doesn't have an update. So I tried to message them, but their only contact is a crap AI bot, which keeps saying my order doesn't exist in the system, even though I get to the bit via clicking a chat button on the "my order" page, with my order in it.
They pass it on to the main customer service team, who wait 4 days to then reply with an email which says " if you order an in sick item on our website it takes 3-4 days for dispatch" which isn't what I asked at all.
I've replied to that, seeking more verification of where my order is, and I'm getting nothing back. No email, no reply on twitter, I've gone back to the AI bot and it's started up a new complaint which has no reply either
Just a useless company, unloading tons of Vinyl figures which have been completely market saturated now, so I guess they see the writing on the wall and instead of just being a good company, they've gone into over drive making as much as they can, diverging into clothing/bags buddy games and anything else they can make money in, but not once bothered to employ such actual customer service members to do a thankless job of cleaning up the new left by greedy corporate types and who ever made their useless website

I placed an order as I usually do. Then payed as usual, but this time I got no confirmation mail. When I finally could reach customer service, they acted like nothing important happened. The explanation why the payment failed was not clear. Also they explicitly said that they have no obligation to my as a customer, because the payment did not go through. Tell that to my bank account, the payment was done and now I am missing money. But the order does not exist according go Funko. I am shocked by the terrible experience. Funko worked much better when it was Funko.com
Non-Existent Customer Service
I ordered a Funko Pop! Yourself of my 10yr old son and our dog (cost in excess of £50) as Christmas present. After numerous emails, I finally recieved a response stating that they would ship the missing item. Still no missing item.... and no response to my follow up emails. The gift is meaningless without the dog. Appalling service
Poorly packaged and bad customer service
The pop yourself item I purchased was shipped out without any external box or packaging. Therefore the item box was soggy when it got to me due to rainy delivery days, and my husband whom took the parcel in for me as it was delivered earlier than stated, saw his Xmas present before Xmas. Contacted Funko support to explain my disappointment especially for such an expensive item. I was told they do not know how items get packaged and shipped as it's done externally. No resolution offered, just a pathetic excuse. If it were my business I'd want to know how my products are packaged, shipped and sent. It's such a massive part of the process. Definitely avoid if you're planning on getting as a gift because it's likely you'll be disappointed when a damaged box arrives and your family sees the item before a special occasion.
Terrible Experience
I ordered a Pop Yourself for a present, plus some other Loungefly stuff. I waited three weeks and it still wasn't sent out, so I messaged Funko and they said they were trying to send things out as fast as possible.
A week later, I got an email saying my order was canceled. It was already late for a birthday present, and now it's not even coming. Don't even bother with Funko online.

It's been 2 weeks and still nothing it's not even been dispatched yet, there customer service is non existent never am adviser to speak to and no matter how many requests get submitted you don't get a clear answer I one hundred million percent will never be buying from funko directly ever again they suck so don't waste your time or money

Trying to purchase from Canada
Trying to purchase from Canada. The website does not accept any credit cards, you can't buy anything and the customer service simply does not exists. When you get an answer by email, the responses don't help at all and there is no any willingness to provide you with help and resolve the issues. Besides, for the special edition items, it doesn't matter if you have the item in your cart already, they just take it out for someone else, most likely scalpers, before you pay, which is not what any site does, once you have an item in your cart, it is respected for certain minutes for you to pay. Funko has lot to do to improve customer support and experience.
AVOID - Save your money!!
I have been waiting ages for delivery of the customised figure that I purchased for a gift. Never arrived on the day it said it would. New updated info says it's been in Redditch for almost 2 weeks!!! No reply from company as to when I'll receive the package either.
I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. If you're checking the reviews here before you order then my advice would be to save your money and shop elsewhere!
THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED
I've been a passionate collector of Funko pops for over 5 years now. I have probably easily spent over $50,000 on Funko pops. purchased over many platforms. it's disgusting heartbreaking and insulting that the parent company has the absolute worst customer service of any platform. no phone number, a glitchy website and a one out of 10 response rate when writing in for support.
if I weren't so passionate about my collection I would just stop all together in complete protest and non-support.
I spent my career in customer service management, and if this was the customer service that I presented at any company that I ever worked for, I would have been fired in weeks, if not days.
if this is the cornerstone that their business is based on, it's no wonder that they are struggling to stay afloat. shame on them.
Never recieved part of my order
I placed an order on October 12, which included two items. Only one of them was shipped and delivered, and I never received any tracking information for the second item.
I contacted customer service on October 23 (after I received the package with only one item) and received a reply on November 3 asking me to send a photo of the order. I sent it immediately, but since then, I have been waiting for over two weeks with no further response. At this point, I have been trying to resolve this issue for nearly a month, and I still haven't received the missing item or any helpful update.
The missing item was intended as a gift, which did not arrive in time, and I have not received a refund either. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and very poor communication from customer service. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Pop Yourself - Not Worth It!
I decided to make one of the personalised ‘pop yourself’ figures for my partner for Christmas.
Firstly, the order is sent in a bright blue box with ‘pop yourself’ in huge letters so the surprise was very nearly ruined. The box was also soaking wet on arrival. Thankfully I’d bought a protective cover otherwise the pop would’ve been saturated.
Secondly, the protective case (which I paid extra for) that was scratched all over and covered in a sticky residue that wouldn’t come off.
The actual pop itself was clearly rushed - the personalised name sticker on the front was wonky, the box had creases on the lid, the actual pop had a white mark on the face, not sure if it’s maybe paint?
I got in touch to explain that I wasn’t happy and was offered a new pop - I said I would accept a replacement if it was going to be better quality and that the protector would not be damaged. I was reassured it would be perfect.
The new pop arrived, again in a damaged protector which was covered in scratches and sticky residue. The actual pop was even worse this time - the figure itself was in the box at a 45 degree angle and I can’t rectify it because it’s shrink wrapped. Again the name sticker was stuck on wonky.
I can understand that with it being a personalised item, refund and return may not be possible, but at the very least they could've refunded me for the protective case since both arrived in poor condition.
Really disappointed in the whole experience - I was hoping to buy some more for his birthday, each with a different theme, but I definitely won’t now.
