Zero point collecting until Funko addresses BOTS
All limited pieces now release though the LE drops on site... which typically sell out in less than a second due to bots instantly buying all stock. Resellers are good to have in the market - But Funko have a real problem with it's system favoring speed and automated purchasing. The playing field needs to be level between customers and resellers, SORT THIS OUT FUNKO. Introduce a randomized QUEUE-IT system.

Well I can’t say the customer service is awful for this company because there isn’t one. I was so excited to order the pop yourself items as I have done them for my kids. I received 2 of the 3 that I ordered, and I didn’t receive any of the accessories. I have tried for the last week to speak to someone and the only conversation I have had is with the AI chatbot, we are now on first name terms.
All I get is case files raised of which I have 6, as they raise case files for the ones that haven’t been answered. Absolutely ridiculous. I have emailed direct to supportatfunko.com and yes you guessed right another case file. I just want what I ordered so I don’t have a child who will now think he is the “unwanted” one on Christmas Day. I would sell my kidney just to get someone to talk to me at this ridiculous company. Avoid at all costs!

Zero stars for customer service.
Only part of my order arrived, many many emails sent and the level of customer service is abysmal. It shows in my order the item was not dispatched but no one seems to have even looked at that. The item is out of stock now so I will never receive it. I have to send 360 pictures of something I haven't received, even Paul Daniels couldn't pull that out of a hat. I have gone back through paypal for a refund. Rigjt now I would rate Evri better thank Funkos customer service

For reference, I ordered a pop yourself with a buddy.. buddy was missing. Appalling.
Faulty Product
Received a faulty product. Contacted them and 8 days later no one has bothered to get back to me. Tried to use the online chat which puts you through to a useless bot, which tells you it is sending you through to a real agent which doesn’t then happen. Have contacted again via the contact form on the website and am now still waiting for clarification on what to do with the faulty product. Makes me seriously consider whether I’ll order from them again. As soon as you get a faulty product it seems they don’t want to know! I get they are busy this time of year but not getting back to customers 8 days later is not on.
Not good enough Funko
I'm very annoyed 😡 I ordered 10 of the mystery Funko Pops for my son for Christmas and they've sent me 10 identical Moana keyrings!
I contacted them a week ago, no response yet.

Just adding to this review, I've now received a response from Funko, it's now the 9th December!
Basically I've been told the mystery parcels are completely random so my ten identical Moana keyrings is tough luck basically!
Absolutely disgusting, some idiot has packaged ten all the same, my son collects funko pops, not keyrings and it's cost me £50 quid, my advice to everyone is please don't buy with them!
I've literally spent thousands on our boy's Funko collection, not a penny more will be spent.

If I could rate this zero I would. Firstly ordered and the item looked different to what I’d designed in the Pop Yourself system. I eventually managed to get a refund to be able to order again which was like pulling teeth. I re-ordered, got a confirmation and a delivery tracking code which was never collected from Funko. I then received an email saying ‘Over the past few weeks, we've experienced unexpected technical issues that slowed down our ability to ship orders as quickly as usual. Most orders have now been delivered, and if yours is still on the way, please rest assured it will be arriving very soon.’ which is hasn’t. I’ve raised customer service tickets, had their AI engine create me priority tickets, been put through to an actual person after arguing with an AI chat bot, to waiting 5 hours at the front of the queue for an actual human to pick up my chat messages which I’ve now given up on. I have to wait a few more days to report this to my bank but hopefully they can refund me for not receiving my goods that I paid for weeks and weeks ago.

This has not disappeared into the ether of their customer service and no sign of the missing item. No point sending another email as they don't get answered!

Paid for express delivery and three weeks later still waiting for parcel. Was finally told would be delivered yesterday only part or my order. What they said was being delivered didn’t actually come. The tracking number is wrong. The ai assistant was no help and said the order had been fulfilled and delivered. It hasn’t. No one at Funko wants to take responsibility for this and just fob me off. Or take 3-5 days to reply. Absolute joke

I bought Pop Yourself for my boyfriend for Christmas, paid this much just to receive a badly printed sticker with his name. I don’t know how they could’ve allowed that to be shipped.

Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago. Failed to deliver. No tracking updated. Wont respond to customer service emails. Very unhappy that these xmas presents wont be delivered. Having to go through chargeback with my bank

Ordered over a month ago, still no delivery and no help via emails. Requested a refund and obviously had no response. After reading everyone elses experiences on here and Facebook & Instagram, I am holding no hope of receiving my order or a refund.

Pop Yourself missing from order
Email received from Funko, advising parcel delivered. Which would have been great except it did not contain the Pop Yourself I had ordered as a Christmas present. I now have the hassle of chasing them up and waiting for emails to be answered. (Update 14th Dec- Funko has now been received. The customer services did reply to my contact email, and after sending over pictures of what had been received, they have resent the order which I am happy with. The response was slower than their advertised response time, but happy with the resolution.
Order fulfilled, never shipped
I've bought 2 Funko pop yourself as a gift, on November 3rd, 2025. Status changed to fulfilled and handed over to DHL express on November 9th. A few days passed.
On Nov 20th, tried to contact support because the tracking said: waiting for pickup. There's no way to contact them apart from a chatbot. It opened a support ticket for me. Saying "...if your items has no movement for 5 days, contact us...", that's what I did, again, and again, and nothing. Zero support, they even hide comments on social media from people alerting others about the problems.
And yet, they continue selling like everything was fine on their end. I'd avoid at all cost, at this point I just feel like I've lost 100 euros.

Ordered on the 7th November, no updates, no response from customer service, on 26th Nov eventually one third of the order arrived, damaged - the rest of it who knows where. Still can't get through to them and over £100 spent.
