They don't refund!!!!
Ordered four figures, and had to return one. That was in end october/early november. send proof of postage and repeated emails. Got the occasional reply, always asking for the same information. They've stopped replying now. Still haven't got a refund and it's nearly March 2026!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No customer service. Had to return an item because my grandson broke off a relationship I had bought for her. A complete nightmare!! Took 3 months to get refund. Sent message after message to customer service still no response as of today. Only reason I got a refund sent back item with tracking number.

Still ongoing....Ordered in November, not shipped. One of two pops arrived in Jan, one still pending. Absolutely mental how there is no customer service for a company this size. A refund of £13 for an item not in stock to ship should not be such a drama.
Pathetic ‘express’ delivery
Paid £9 for express delivery yet it took 7 days to arrive. Ridiculous. Wheh asking customer service for an update they said it’s only express from wheh it leaves with the delivery carrier. So doesn’t matter how long they cba packaging it up and sending it out. Totally missing the point, especially when most other companies get stuff out within 24 hours. Do better, won’t be ordering again and I want my £9 back
Didn't receive my order
I've ordered twice from funko and both times there was a problem with my orders , sending the wrong pop or not even receiving my order. They refunded and all but when you order directly from the company, you shouldn't have these issues.
Password reset - good luck
First of all I want to say whenever me or my partner have ordered from funko they have arrived safely, however he did a POP! Yourself for valentines and they got the order wrong, wrong dog included, wrong outfit, just wrong he contacted support and they offered a partial refund which I think was pretty poor given the occasion it was for.
I am trying to reset my password to purchase a new funko due to release soon and when I select reset password, I get a link via email which takes me to the funko homepage and no option to reset. I have contacted the support channel and received another link, even after stating that was the issue, I also received an email in response about issues ordering from the site, needless to say I have never stated that was the issue the issue was being unable to reset my password. I am now on day 6 of trying to resolve this and havent had a response for 2 days so its clearly a state of dont respond and pray they go away.
Just all in all a shoddy and bad experience with regards to customer service.

I also don‘t know why no one at Funko starts to investigate… clearly there are a lot of issues… I ordered over 3 months ago! Never got my order! Just a tracking number that leads to nowhere: it says, tracking number doesn‘t exist! I reached out to the mailing company and they once again told me, either it does not exist or it went missing and I should contact Funko. No apology from them… still waiting on update or refund! It‘s just ridiculous!
I received the customized figurines…
I received the customized figurines today. First and last order. The UV funko box it came in was scratched, broken on the inside. This was supposed to be a gift but it is embarrassing to give it to anyone. Shameful behavior from this company.
Never doing that again
I seem to have received entirely the wrong tracking number. Or maybe the item was delivered incorrectly. Or both. Customer service was horrible - as though they couldn't be bothered actually reading what I said the problem was. I will steer entirely clear of this company from here on out.

If I could leave no stars I would. My wife ordered a gift from this company for her friend's birthday.
Received updates on the delivery which made no sense. Firstly they handed it to the resident, which was untrue, next update was delivery not possible, then sent back to depot. This was the updates for the next 2 days, until finally sent back to sender. Finally email their customer support (useless group of people) who took days to reply. They offered either a refund or they will resend the item.
Asked for the item to be resent which they agreed to do. To only receive an email a day later stating that they were unable to resend and that there was not enough stock to make a replacement so they sent a refund.
Honestly stay clear of them, smells like a scam. Reading through other reviews people still waiting for their item and refund and having no luck with customer service.

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhh - ordered in 2025 two Pop Yourself with Harry Potter packs.
the two figures landed minus 1 spell book and none of the harry potter items so lodge a complaint and wait for a repsonce and then wait somemore.
after 2 months suddenly got an email saying that something is being shipped and yes only one of the two HP Robes being sent with none of the extras that go with them so what was to be a christmas gift is just an expensive let down to the point i think my other half thinks I can't organise a piss up in a brewary.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Ordered a figure on first attempt checkout wouldn't let me past the address after going back and starting again only to find when the order went through it had charged for 2 identical figures emailed within 2 minutes to cancel 1 which they won't let me do. I now have 2 identical figures being mailed to me have constantly tried to explain to them what had happened but no they insist they couldn't cancel 1 although it states on website if problem contact within 24 hours . £90 they have taken and doesn't look like can get a refund for the figure which I didn't order. So wish I had read reviews before ordering. Stay clear of this company customer service is shocking .

Ho fatto un ordine il 15 dicembre , ho ordidato 2 funko personalizzati , tempi.di consegna disattesi, la consegna mi viene fatta il 7/01 , mi arriva solo un funko , per dhl tutto ciò che gli è stato affidato è stato consegnato , in effetti risulta 1di 1 anche sulla mia etichetta , scrivo , nessuna risposta , riscrivo da form del sito e tramite mail , finalmente rispondono e chiedono foto, gli rispondo allegando foto e gli scrivo che desidero la consegna del funko mancante , perchè li ho comprati per i miei 2 figli .
Mi arriva una mail di spedizione ordine , il 9/01 , cosa c' era nella spedizione?

The worst customer service of any company I have experienced
Absolutely shocked by the lack of customer service with this company.
Used them for the first time before Christmas to Order 2 custom figures, which arrived with missing parts, and missing box customised stickers. These were not cheap, even with the 'black friday deal', so i expected to receive a product that reflected that price, however this was not the case. The fact they arrived incomplete, was disappointing enough, but the severe flaws in their customer service model is where the company's lack of care and professionalism is exposed.
I initially used the 'Contact Us form, providing all details and images, but no reply other than the automated reply 'your query will be looked at within 7 days'. Clearly no staff member looked at the message. I then repeated the process to no avail. Finally i had to use google to try find a direct customer service email, but email would not send to this address.
No other contact details are available, so no chance of getting in touch with anyone at the company.
An absolute farce of a company, whom i suspect will likely see a dramatic fall in profits in the near future due to this lack of respect to their own customers.
An absolute shame, as the Funko product itself, although overpriced, is (was) a nice product.
Unfortunately the company clearly just wants to grab the customers money and run, with poor execution, and non existent customer service.
Looking through the countless trust pilot reviews this isn't an isolated incident, so I would advise steering clear of using this company at all, particularly for the overpriced custom models.
In hindsight, I should have done more research before purchasing. I certainly did not expect this from a supposed 'popular and reputable' company, but this doesn't excuse the fact that the company is essentially scamming their own customers with clearly no concerns for customers.
Will not be using ever again.
Order was incomplete (6 Funko Pops)
Order was incomplete(6 Funko Pops). Send a email to customer service on 29th December 2025. They wanted a picture from shipping carton with time stamp and all the funkos I got. I showed them. And i showed them that the shipping carton don’t have the space for the 6 more Funko pops that I missed. They send me back a email on 07th January: „We appreciate your patience; your request is important to us! We are reviewing your request and will be right with you.“ after this day I asked for a update at 14th January and got no answer. I asked again at 25th January and don’t got a answer again. I lost over 90€ on this order. Order at your own risk
Edit: they refund me after 2 months.
Ordered lost in transit twice
Ordered over a month ago and haven’t received package. Thankfully I was one of the lucky ones and I have been told I can have a refund. Spent 70 euro on a birthday gift and it never even came— got lost in transit so I reordered and it got lost again. Very disappointing. Customer service was the only good thing to come out of this as they were helpful and very kind. Do not order from this website, you may not get so lucky.

Pathetic Business Practices
I have purchased several Funko Pop items for my daughter, who is an avid gamer. During my first order, the package was delivered to an incorrect address approximately two miles from my home. Fortunately, the recipient kindly brought it to me. However, I did not receive any notification from Funko regarding shipment, and when I reached out to the company about these issues, my concerns were not addressed.
Despite this unsatisfactory experience, I decided to place another order as the item was a limited edition exclusive available only on their website. Unfortunately, communication did not improve. I did not receive confirmation of my order, prompting me to contact customer service again for verification. Eventually, I found confirmation through my account, but once more, I was not informed when the order shipped. These experiences suggest that their business practices and customer service are in need of significant improvement.
Additionally, considering the large variety of Funko products, it is notable that not all are available for purchase on their official website. Overall, my interactions with customer service have been disappointing, and there appear to be persistent issues with their business operations.
Complete lack of customer service
Ordered personalised pop figures in November. Paid for them. No delivery dates or response to correspondence from myself. Never received the figures but did get money back via my bank.
