Honestly I wouldn't even give then 1 star but I had to. Ordered 20.11.25. Tracking stopped being updated 29.11.25. Contacted them 14.12.25 as felt I needed to give it time with it being Christmas. Got a case number and then nothing. Emailed several times asking for a refund and nothing. I have opened another case today. I have never experienced such blatant ignorance from a customer service department. They have my money. I have nothing from them. And it seems they don't care. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had.. took 4 weeks to acknowledge my query as to where my items were by which time Christmas had been and gone, asked if I wanted them resending which I did and that’s it.. no items and zero response as to what’s going on.🤷🏼♂️ utter crap!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Almost 2 months after my original order and now you say you cant even be bothered to actually do anything g about it. Also, the fact that you conveniently don't have a phone number so that I can actually talk to someone is ridiculous. You have ruined someone's Christmas by doing this. Actually ashamed to have ever ordered from you. Don't ever order from this company.

Do NOT buy from these scammers. They ruined a christmas surprise for me and my family and afterwards make it impossible to contact customer support. The now sadly quintessential AI chatbot they use creates case numbers one after another which are consequently ignored completely. It has been more than a month since I placed my order and still have no clue what happened and if I will ever receive it. Haven't encountered this kind of behavior from a company in a long, long time... truly horrible.

I will never buy another funko product again. They (in their error) sent me the same order twice, charged me twice and now refuse to take the incorrect order back and refund me. Worst customer service ever!!

When the goods are received they are great , however I have a personalised funko missing from an order and after weeks of trying to talk to someone i have been asked to provide proof...I cannot provide proof of what I haven't received. The mail box for complaints is full so doesn't take replie. They have my money and I have no personalised funko. Feel like ive been robbed . Will not use again
Poor handling of out-of-stock holiday order during Funko’s…
I placed a holiday order during Funko’s 30% promotion for multiple items meant to be gifted together. After the order was placed, Funko canceled one item due to a stock shortage but still shipped the rest — items that couldn’t be returned on their own — leaving me with an incomplete gift set.
When I asked whether Funko would honor the original promotional price once the item was back in stock, support refused, stating they don’t adjust prices after a promotion ends, even though the cancellation was due to their inventory issue, not a customer error.
The only accommodation offered was a 10% coupon for a future purchase, which doesn’t address the problem they created. There was no escalation or flexibility, and the issue was handled poorly overall.
Very disappointing experience, especially during a holiday promotion.

I ordered two Funko pops. One arrived after nearly a month, the other has still not been shipped and it’s been almost two months.
I have mailed and contacted multiple times, each time no reply. I have asked them for a refund, still no reply. I will never order again on this website.

la commande a été validé , accepté , nous avons par mail : un mail de validation puis un mails correspondant au ticket de paiement avec un numéro de suivi ( transporteur DHL ) mais le colis ne bouge pas de leur entrepôt .
Funkopop .com ne sont pas sérieux , de nombreuses personnes n'ont pas eu leur commande .
J'ai bien envoyé un mails au service support mais pas de réponse à mes relances par mails ,
C'est silence total de leur part , aucun mail pour vous tenir au courant de l'état de votre commande .
En plus ils ne proposent aucun remboursement et vous ne pouvez pas annuler la commande .
Je ne commanderai plus jamais un pop sur ce site .

I ordered my selfie Pop Vinyl on the 8th November 2025. They took my money on the 29th November 2025. It is now the 3rd January 2026 and still not received my order. In tracking the shipping company have cancelled their log. I have contacted Funko a number of times asking what’s happening to my order and more recently asking for my money back and have not had any response

EDIT: Aaaaaaahhhhhhh a quick Google search has showed Funko is struggling financially with predictions they'll go under within a year.

So gutted.
Ordered my brothers Xmas gift off these rats. It was apparently shipped on the 18th December from Coventry, the day it was being delivered kept going up until today's date (31.12.25) no email. No movement from Coventry. Emailed Landmark Global who's apparently shipping it and they're like we have no idea where your parcel is, best to contact them. I then realise a 2nd delivery company is added in. Amazon. So I contact them and they're like huh? What parcel.
So now I'm back to emailing Funko again. No reply to my emails. No Christmas present arrived for my brother. I'm now further out of pocket as I had to buy other gifts. No closer to an answer of where my package is, when it's coming.
I really do hope the rumours are true about the company going under cos with service like this no wonder.

Ho pagato di più per la spedizione express con l’unico obiettivo di ricevere l’ordine prima di Natale. Risultato? Non ho ricevuto nulla. Né in tempo, né dopo.
Il vero problema, però, è il servizio clienti, che definire pessimo è un eufemismo. Invece di ricevere assistenza reale, ho ottenuto solo risposte automatiche, vaghe e scaricabarile, che citano “alti volumi di richieste” come scusa per qualsiasi mancanza. Nessuna presa di responsabilità, nessuna informazione concreta, nessuna soluzione.
Vendere una spedizione “express” e poi non rispettare minimamente i tempi promessi è già grave. Farlo ignorando il cliente e nascondendosi dietro email precompilate lo è ancora di più. Questa esperienza dimostra una totale mancanza di rispetto verso chi paga.
È senza dubbio una delle peggiori esperienze di acquisto online che abbia mai avuto, soprattutto considerando le dimensioni e la notorietà del marchio.
Non ordinerò mai più da Funko e sconsiglio vivamente chiunque di farlo, in particolare se pensate di affidarvi al loro servizio clienti o a una spedizione “express”.

Should I even start? The same as every other customer. They have sent out half of my order. I paid them almost £300 for 4 Pop! Yourselves. They have despatched only 2. I am missing over £150 worth of my order. Thieves. When querying they took weeks to reply only to completely ignore my query regarding the missing items and just sending me the same tracking no. I already have for the first half. Zero explanation. They simply said ‘we won’t return them this is your tracking number’. Scam. Worst part is I am a Business Law professional. I am taking this legally and publicly. Good luck.
No delivery, no replys from customer service …
Ordered 4 funko personalised figures for my kids on the 27th Nov at a cost of £160. Thought I'd order em early so they would get here for Christmas. The order was allegedly dispatched on the 10th of December and that was the last tracking notification I got. Still saying they are in Coventry to this day. Tried contacting them (5 emails now) and no reply, nothing !!! So much for 4 day delivery. Still waiting !!!!!!!!!. They got 1 star because I couldn't give no stars on the review. Avoid at all costs people
