Ordered a Pop Yourself, they missed an item, I contacted, they offered a refund on that item or to send again, I asked for it to be sent again. Still nothing. It’s been 2 months 1/2. Asked for a refund, nothing either.

I serious wish I’ve read the reviews before ordering. It came pretty quickly, but the personalized pop is missing parts. I wrote two times to the customer service and I’m still waiting for an answer. I’m super sad and disappointed because it’s quite expensive for what I got in the end…

Would of grave this bunch of crooks a 0 stars much like the other reviews never received an item, clearly stated on my tracking it was stuck at Coventry, customer service wanted me to take pictures of what I had received. Never did get replacement “DO NOT GO NEAR THIS LOT THEY’RE A BUNCH OF CROOKS “!!!!!!!
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I was excited to order Funko Yourself as a Christmas gift for my friends. I placed the order well in advance to avoid any issues. The order was placed on the 8th and I received it on the 20th. When it arrived, one of the Funkos was completely wrong. There is no customer service—no phone number to call and no email, only a contact request form on their website. I’ve received no response at all. On top of that, you can only request a refund within 20 days of the purchase date, which will pass considering there’s no way to communicate with them. There’s no way to request a refund or a return, and simply no one to talk to. Don’t waste your money.

Missing Funko Pops in several shipping
I placed an order for 5 Funko Pops; 3 of them were missing in the first shipping they sent to me. I contact the support, and they answered me after 5 days. I got a new shipping for the missing Pops 2 weeks later about, but they sent to me one of the Pops I had altready got. So I still miss one of the Pop I ordered. I've wrote them again, but I don't get answers for 12 days about.

Site de moins en moins fiable,j'avais laissé un commentaire a 5 étoiles car quand tous se passe bien c'est normal. mais quand il y as un problème on nous fais tourner en rond du coup je redescend ma note a 1 car service client déplorable.
Toujours les même réponse et aucun changement. Mais je pense que je vais descendre dans peut de temps a 1 étoile vu les circonstances.
115,60 euro de commandes pour avoir un mauvais suivi de commande envois même pas les bon produit noté et il me manque toujours un produit sur les 8 commandés donc 7 produit sur 8 ou es mon dernier.

Tant que mon soucis sera pas réglé je ne vous donnerai plus un centimes.
J'aimerai des sanctions pour cette société qui joue avec les nerfs et le stresse de leurs clients au profit de leurs argents.

C'est a vous généralement de tous faire pour que le colis arrivé en bonne état et complet vous êtes le Vendeur expéditeur, nous sommes que les acheteurs, a vous de faire bien votre travail.
Quand on vous envoie un mail on devrait avoir une réponse claire pas celle qui vous font cogiter.On ne devrait pas avoir a attendre pendant 4 a 5 jour pour avoir des réponses.
Car le temps que vous répondiez le client, le colis n'est toujours pas reçu et c'est notre argent qui circule. Donc cela s'appelle l'arnaque, car vous faites tous pour que le client lâche l'affaire mais je prend des fond d'écran a chaque mail et à chaque commande, les preuves bancaires aussi sont là , donc j'ai déjà beaucoup de preuves qui prouvent les gros soucis de cette mauvaise entreprise. Et domage que l'on peut pas mettre de photos pour les commentaires, sa prouverai aux autres clients qu'il doivent vraiment se méfier de cette entreprise
C'est tellement facile pour les entreprises en ligne a prendre les clients pour des imbéciles et profité de leur abus de confiance.

Item missing from order
Had an item missing from my latest order. I logged a ticket with customer service three weeks ago that has been ignored. There only other method of contact is an AI chatbot, which can't help. Won't be using again, a lot of others seem to be having similar experiences.

Recieved missing item eventually!
I ordered 4 items, 3 special funko pops and 1 little holiday pop princess mystery egg which I only ordered as an extra to get free shipping, the 3 main ones arrived all in perfect condition but tracking was a bit hit and miss. The little pop was missing from order so emailed customer service. The reply took ages, after reading others reviews it wasn't expected, but when I did receive it I burst out laughing at the proof they wanted me to send: time and date stamped photos of the box, 360 view, the inner packaging and the items non of which I could do as the box and packaging had been recycled and the funkos were wrapped and given as presents. The 2nd email I received after telling xustomer services all the above was photo evidence of the items recieved which I'd already sent the order confirmation and final receipt. The 3rd email told me the missing item had been dispatched and it was delivered the Sunday before new year. I would still think twice about ordering from here again and yes the customer service was slow and a little ridiculous in what they wanted but I did always get a reply and all was good in the end.

Id give it no stars if I could! Do not order from Funko! I’ve ordered before and had great service but looking at others reviews we are all experiencing the same! Money taken yet no goods arrived, says it’s on the way but it’s just a label creation! No answered complaints and same bot answering questions on Instagram. So I’m £70 down and have now missed the opportunity to buy items elsewhere, gutted
I have had 2 orders go missing
I have had 2 orders go missing within the last month both have never left their wearhouse and im convinced that workers in the wearhouse are actually just steeling peoples orders. The first parcel that went missing i got a replacement sent although it took me a month to get the replacement due to delays and them ordering the wrong thing. The second parcel im still chasing a refund for as theres no way im getting it in time for christmas now. Their website shows orders that have been shipped and recieved as not having been shipped and other orders that havent been shipped as having been shipped and delivered. Absolutely terribly run company. Unfortunately they are the only seller of most of their products.

I ordered 4 funko pops only 2 arrived box could only fit 2 so clearly no attempt to pack them . I have contacted funko 3 times no response its not good enough now out of pocket and can't buy the items again. Won't be buying from them again I advise people to avoid .
Do Not Buy as a Gift for Someone You Live With
Funko makes great collectibles, which is why I ordered these as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, the shipping box helpfully announced exactly what was inside, completely ruining the surprise. It is a bold choice to sell giftable items and then package them in a way that gives everything away. The products themselves were fine. The experience was not.

Have tried to contact customer service for over three weeks. Cases are being raised by their on line chat but no one has got back to me. A crucial part of the pop yourself I ordered is missing. Appalling customer services. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Ruined Christmas
I ordered on 29 Nov with a large order for kids Christmas presents. Now 20 Dec and order is still not shipped!! I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times and used the AI bot, but I just get the same auto response. Zero contact or response from anyone.
I don’t know what I’m going to give my kids for Christmas now and they are going to be hugely upset that Santa has forgotten them this year.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered in October, no response from multiple emails and the AI bot says different things every time.... I've reported them to trading standards now. I can't get a refund either because its been so delayed.

Wish I had read reviews first!!! Ordered weeks ago ahead of Xmas. Still not been delivered. No communication, automated chat online then when I get ‘transferred to an agent’ it says estimated wait 1 minute.. sat with it open on my iPad for hours and still no response. Chased on email and with the logistics provided, Amazon and landmark global and both confirmed they have never had possession of the order only info is that a label has been created. Got extremely frustrated as wanted Dustin for my son. Anyway now raised through the bank with mountains of evidence to attempt contact. 🤞 the outcome is good from that. AVOID! Will never order direct again and happy to pay more or drive further to get what I want from a third party retailer!
