Wish I had read the comments!!

Update: A day after writing this review I had an email to say that my item had been dispatched. I received it just before Christmas.
I didn't even think of reading the reviews before I purchased because I thought it would be fine to buy through the company website. How wrong was I?? Had an email from Funko that a product I wanted for my daughter was back in stock, placed the order on 7 Dec and thought no more about it...until today when it popped into my mind that I was still waiting for this item. Looked on the tracking and no movement since 8 Dec. Tried to contact them but was given a ticket number and from what I have read today it looks like it will be a pointless exercise. Luckily my daughter is older but I feel sorry for the parents who have ordered for their young kids and are obviously not going to have their item for Christmas day. If they can't fulfill orders why not be honest at the point of purchase. Not sure if I'll ever see my £22 again at this point!

Customer service is a joke!

Ordered a Funko pop yourself in November, came within a week, but annoyingly they’d missed a big personalised part from the item, I contacted them SEVERAL TIMES to which they would respond and “claim” they were dispatching a replacement part. Nothing! Shocking as pop yourselves aren’t cheap! So disappointed. Won’t be ordering from them again. Customer service is appalling!

This should be a great big zero

This should be a great big zero. Absolutely shocking. I ordered an item (Christmas present) on 28/11. Tracking says it’s been with the delivery company since 06/12. In actual fact, it’s never been dispatched. Unfortunately it seems to be the only company that sell this particular item.
Angry is not the word for it 😡

Peggiore esperienza di acquisito mai esistita! Nel 2025 avere un Customer service che non risponde mai alle email e che non c’è un telefono per in azienda così è ridicolo. Pacco spedito e ritornato dal mittente senza motivo e senza poter fare nulla. Natale rovinato per aver scelto questa azienda. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di comprare su Funkopop. Mai e mai e mai

DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS. Conned out of my money- created custom item. Paid extra for additional elements and when it arrived, it was completely wrong and items that I paid extra for missing. When I contacted customer support and offered to return the item, they said they wouldn’t accept because it was a custom item and wouldn’t send what I actually ordered. Currently going around them to claim my money back. Never again!

Stay clear of this company!

I purchased a few items that I had customised for family and friends for Christmas. The items were ordered in the last week of November and I received confirmation that the items were in transit on the 8th of December 2025, after chasing, asking, sending emails I’ve had no response. I blamed Evri at the beginning but have since found that they don’t have the items as yet. Funko still has my items, although it says they will be delivered before the 18th December. So disappointing that I’ve tried many times to try and speak with an agent. Regardless of the time of day I try I get same response. Agent joins the conversation and then immediately leaves!
I’m now in the unfortunate position that I’m looking for my money back… Just £90 plus pounds, with the disappointment in finding other gifts for my family and friends!
If you look at other people’s reviews you will see I’m not alone. Stay clear and forget about ordering anything from Funko.com
I am still waiting on Someone to get back to me. It’s now four days since I’ve tried and haven’t got any response. I will be taking this to the media

Awful customer service would never use…

Awful customer service would never use again. I ordered 3 for my daughter for Xmas, 2 arrived , 1 never , a whole month of chasing, standard response but no action, still hasn’t arrived and now no reply , so that’s one Xmas present missing , avoid , get them from amazon at least there decent customer service

Terrible service

Terrible service. On December 2nd, I placed an order that included a standard Funko Pop figure and a custom one. The standard figure was delivered after a week, but the Pop Yourself (which costs significantly more) has not arrived. The chatbot on the website (it's an AI) insists that the order has been delivered. Only after a long explanation does it admit that one figure still hasn't been delivered and suggests creating a ticket. But no one responds to these tickets, even though it says you'll get a reply in 3-5 days. That's not true—you never get a response. I've been waiting 10 days already and nothing. The website chat can't help at all. I tried to cancel the order to at least get my money back since no one is shipping the figure, but the chat said cancellation is impossible, it can't refund the money, and I need to create a ticket—which, as you know, no one will answer anyway. Outrageous!

Packaging error in Advent Calendar

My daughter's Harry Potter advent calendar was mis-packaged. She got a duplicate Quirrell instead of the HARRY POTTER she was supposed to get on the 9th (we know because we had another of the same calendars for our other daughter). I planned ahead and ordered it back in October - but obviously hadn't opened it - because, ADVENT CALENDAR. They told me there is nothing they can do. They made a packaging error and don't give a crap. A 50+ dollar advent calendar and they don't even care that they left the HARRY POTTER out of her Harry Potter calendar. I've gone back and forth in emails for a week. They basically tell me "Screw you. Here is 10 percent off a future order." As if I'll ever order any of their crap ever again. My kid is crying. It wouls literally cost the company more in postage than to send me a mini Harry Potter character. I'm so annoyed. What a crappy company.

No show of my 3 personalised funkopops

Ordered 3 personalised funkopops on 21st November. Still not arrived. It seems to have taken them over a week to even process my order and for the charge to hit my credit card (1st dec). At which point I was sent an email confirmation with for to track shipping. They might as well not have even bothered as the shipping link tells me nothing other than it was processed in Coventry on 1st Dec. When I continue to check through to more details on 'landmark global' it says delivery partner is Amazon and then you click on Amazon shipping it says "oops there's a delay" and queries should be taken up with landmark global. So I'm in a viscous cycle of shipping links and not knowing where my items are.
I raised a ticket with funko.com but I just received a generic automated email response outlining the timings of things but its been 5 days since i raised my query and still not heard anything else from them. Absolute bobbins. Save your money....don't buy anything from this company.

Funko disaster

I ordered two funkos (web exclusive Pennywise one & the Lex Luthor one) on the 23rd November, which then on the 25th November I got an email saying it had been shipped, and my parcel was expected to come on or by the 3rd December. A few days later I checked again and it hadn't moved so I gave it a few more days. When I checked the Amazon shipping the delivery date changed basically saying that they weren't sure when it was going to be delivered. Yesterday, I called Amazon Delivery service and they said that on their side the only update they see is that only the label has been created. Landmark Global themselves said that they haven't received the shipment and only received the product data. I have yet to get a reply from Funko and have had to file a dispute via Klarna.

I did the custom pop for each of my…

I did the custom pop for each of my kids for a Christmas present and that sent me the wrong thing. I have been trying to contact them for weeks and still haven’t received a response and it’s a week before Christmas. It’s really disappointing after spending all that money and not even getting a response to fix the issue. Will never order again.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I did actually receive my POP! yourself however it came in a Stranger Things box which I didn't choose and also the paid extra for the clear plastic protective box but it arrived all scratched and worn. No response from customer services so fear I will have to give this as a gift and be embarrased.

Item missing from Order and no one will…

Item missing from Order and no one will help me!

I placed an order after hearing many good thinks about ordering directly from Funko rather than using third parties like Amazon etc.

I placed my order without any issues and when the package was received I was missing a Funko. As soon as I realised that I was missing an item (granted I left it a couple of days before opening the box which is something I take responsibility for) I went to the Live Chat function on the website. Unfortunatley this is just an AI chat.
I explained I was missing an item at least 3 times and the response I received was that I need to recheck the box to make sure I hadn't seen it.
Eventually I was able to raise a Case to be reviewed as there is no way to speak with a physical agent online. I raised this case and waited patiently the 3-5 working days with no response.
I have been back on Live Chat again today only to have the same poor service I had the first time. No option to speak with a physical agent and only the option to raise a Case to investigate the Case.
So now I have to wait 3-5 working days for someone to pick the new case to investigate the original case.
Had I ordered the exact same items from Amazon and one of them was missing I would have had my query looked at and resolved; but instead I have been waiting a week to start the whole process again.
This is very diappointing!

I ordered on the 22nd of November and…

I ordered on the 22nd of November and the item was supposedly shipped out on the 30th. I’ve had no updates since then and the items I’ve bought are Christmas gifts that I highly doubt I’ll ever receive. No contact from customer service at all. I’ve raised multiple tickets and have had no response to any of them. It’s been over 2 weeks since it was “shipped”. I wish I’d read the trust pilot reviews and Instagram comments before hand and not bothered. To think this is a huge company? How embarrassing. Sort your customer service out!!!

Ho acquistato dei Funko Pop per un…

Ho acquistato dei Funko Pop per un regalo di Natale il 29 novembre 2025. Ad oggi 15 dicembre 2025 il mio pacco risulta non essere ancora stato spedito. Ho contattato molte volte l’assistenza ma mai una risposta. Il corriere DHL dice di non aver ancora ricevuto il pacco. Non riesco a mettermi in contatto con l’assistenza e non riesco ad avere un rimborso. Questa è una vera e propria truffa! Come posso riavere almeno i miei soldi se qualcuno lo sa mi faccia sapere.

6 weeks waiting for my order and still no sign of it…

I ordered a Pop Yourself on 02/11/2025 as a Christmas present for my son, and still waiting for delivery.

I messaged the company in November, received a tracking ID on 26/11/2025 and the latest status is “Still Awaiting Carrier Pick-up”. I paid €52 for the item including €6 for shipping, and there’s no sign of it 6 weeks later. I messaged customer support a week ago now, and still no response. I will be contacting my bank to try and get the money back, and will never buy from Funko again.
