I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Furley Page, in particular Belinda. She has been amazing, efficient, supportive, kept me up to date with the whole conveyancing process, I have had every confidence in her knowledge and skills; and she was very professional. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends. All brilliant thank you.

Furley Page supported me to seamlessly and efficiently purchase my first property - helping me to understand the conveyancing process at the same time!

I sold a property using the Furley Page Residential property team and can only say that the service given was fantastic. The team followed up each stage of the sale very efficiently and kept me in the loop on what was going on with the buyers and their solicitors, all enquiries and exchange/completion details. They regularly chased for updates and completed the sale in what seemed like record time. Thank you for all your hard work, I will definitely use Furley Page again.

Amazing service despite a complicated sale

Terrible solicitor. My stupid uncle made this thieving company the excutor of his will. Could not contest it even though only last family member remaining. They got the lot over £800k. They were not sympathetic at all all they wanted was the money for them and the beneficiaries. DO NOT MAKE THEM EXCUTOR OF A WILL.

We sold a probate property through Furley Page and Darren was our solicitor.

Darren made the whole process transparent and stress-free with regular updates, remote electronic document signing and quick responses to emails.

Furley Page were responsive, highly professional and I thoroughly recommend their services.

The conveyancing was done without too much fuss, I was happy with the service, contact when required was easy.

Deborah Trott was excellent in every aspect of her work in managing our house sale. Receptive, responsive with efficient communication both in person and through her team. We had every confidence in her professional knowledge and skills.

Rang these people twice. Received one return phone call from a person who was not even in the right department. She promised to put through to the correct person. That never happened. Called again and was promised a return phone call the same day. Again this never happened. I had a very urgent situation and needed help, but no one was bothered. Would never recommend them.

Everything went as planned and was a very quick and smooth process. Kept informed and updated.

Belinda worked tirelessly on a very frustrating complicated conveyancing. She was great at keeping me up to speed. Great result! Second property sold using Furley Page. Thank you so much.

My experience with Furley has been quite disappointing. Their lack of due diligence and unhelpful attitude have caused me additional stress and costs. They have not taken responsibility for their actions, and their handling of the situation has been poor. I suggest reconsidering estate agents recommendation in the future, as their customer service and problem resolution need significant improvement.

I recently instructed the solicitor to conduct searches, based on the assurance from Anna that they were on the panel of solicitors qualified for handling buy-to-let purchases. However, it appears no due diligence was done to confirm their panel status, and payment for the searches was processed without this confirmation.
I am currently disputing the charges with them, even though I am no longer using their services. This situation means I will incur additional costs, as the new solicitors require their own searches for compliance reasons and are unwilling to accept those from the previous firm.
My communications with Furley have been frustrating. They have been unhelpful, attempting to find loopholes and have not offered any apology or shown empathy for the difficulties they have caused. Given the circumstances, I feel compelled to escalate the matter to the legal ombudsman, as it is unfair for solicitors to exploit clients in this manner.

Buying a house is not for the feint of heart, but Belinda and the team made it as stress free as humanly possible. There was always someone available, covering each other’s breaks which meant communication was excellent and seamless

Phoned this local firm for some property advice as a matter of urgency (obviously NOT pro bono) but got a human Aussie/Kiwi “stuck record” on speakerphone repeatedly reciting fees! I stressed fees would not be an issue but legal guidance/advice was urgently required - again I got the same spiel about fees and the distinct feeling my business was not wanted. My first and only experience of Furley Page - never again.

Simon was always very helpful and quick to respond and did everything he could to make things happen as quick as they could. Explained everything so I understood really well, and really gave a personal and professional service. Very happy, will definitely recommend.

Recently employed Furley Page to purchase an auction property and to say it would have been a painful experience without the help of Simon, one of their solicitors, is an understatement. Very grateful for the work their team put into getting it over the line.

Poorly trained solicitors who are out of their depth with anything other than standard situations. Their complaints representative is shockingly rude and dismissive. They drag everything and I mean everything out as they can never loose. Money grabbing is their key objective it is so shocking to see. They’ll try and drag in barristers because they have no court experience and it shields them from their lies and incompetence leading up to court cases.
Avoid, really. Although it’s hard to say who would have more integrity in a corrupt sector. Don’t assume solicitors alphabet morals they don’t.

Darren and Skye looked after us during for the purchase of our new home. They were approachable, efficient, friendly and very professional in getting the legal side sorted. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or Furley Page for any legal requirements we might have in the future.
