Paper cam covers...awful!!
Arrived on time, all of the pieces were covered in protective peel off coverings that you just peel off but one of the pieces took me at least 25mins to take off bit by bit.
You erect this wall unit on the floor then lift up to the wall.
There was one chip in the unit & a couple of imperfections but only found this out when nearly finishing the completion so wasn't gonna send it back!
I'm a pensioner & found the instruction leaflet baffling at first but managed to understand after some studying.
All in all it's a really nice unit but my BIG BIG BEEF is the locking cam nut covers... they are adhesive stickers!! & they look AWFUL!& cheap(which they are)
I have now got to find plastic cam covers to replace the paper ones provided.
Really disappointed with the final result!
Would have provided pictures but unfortunately can't on this platform.

Thank you for your feedback. After carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that the delivery was scheduled in line with the courier's planned route. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the driver was running slightly behind schedule. Delays can occasionally occur because of traffic, adverse weather conditions, vehicle issues, or other unexpected events.
Our records show that the delivery was refused when the courier arrived. As a result, the order was returned to our warehouse, and we issued a full refund to your original payment method.
While we always aim to accommodate our customers wherever possible, our couriers operate on carefully planned delivery routes with multiple deliveries scheduled each day. Unfortunately, it is not possible to rearrange a delivery for a customer-requested time on the day of delivery if the original delivery is refused.
We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.

Very good, quality and affordable furnitures. My only challenge was the delivery company, i didn’t have the chance to choose my availability. We were forced to stay at home on the day the company chose as they said they only cover my area that day. I feel that’s unfair.

The table came on time as advised. Building was straightforward but needed 2 people because of the weight. Very pleased with the table and fits in great with my decor. Just as advertised and worth the money.
