Suzie the sales assistant was great, not at all pushy, she gave the information we needed it left us to ponder. A relaxed shopping experience

From walking through the doors of your store in Exeter to having our bed delivered and put together has been a fantastic experience! Your staff are so helpful, very knowledgable and friendly, nothing is ever to much trouble. Cindy has been absolutely amazing, she was so helpful in trying to find the bed and mattress that I required, very patient as I couldn’t make up my mind and came back several times before I decided which one . I would 100 percent recommend Furniture Village.

A nice environment to browse for furniture. Staff available if needed and happy to explain options and show workings and configurations. We were very pleased to find suitable options with quick delivery.

Ben, the salesman, was patient, informative and very helpful. A charming person to deal with.

Marcello was a star! He let us browse without hovering and only gave us the information we actually wanted. Made everything super simple and easy to understand.

I think it seems to be a thing these days that you get asked for a review when you’ve visited a store and placed an order. Giving a review at this stage bears no resemblance to when the goods arrive, whether they are in a good condition, whether they are installed carefully and whether there are any ongoing post delivery issues. YOU KNOW THIS. IT’S A PLOY TO GET GOOD REVIEWS WHEN YOU HAVENT EVEN DELIVERED A SERVICE. Hence 2 stars . Be honest and ask for reviews at the RIGHT TIME

Great customer service. All staff were friendly, the lady that served us was lovely and dealt with our order so quickly. We are looking forward to getting our sofa. We also bought a picture and we are returning to buy a rug and a lamp. Lovely clean shop.

Not a very good start but then ANKUSH came to the rescue and sorted out the problem

Had yet another delivery from Furniture Village, Exeter this time by Lee & Steve & yet again you couldn't fault the way they do their job. Donna was really friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all and was very helpful with any questions we had. We explained what we were looking for, she pointed us in the direction of the best options and left us to make a decision. The whole process was smooth and would like to add Donna is a huge credit to the FV team.

Despite several attempts to contact post delivery customer service due to such long wait lists on tel, finally spoke to Khadija today. She was very helpful and handled my call really well and gave me confidence that my issues would be followed through and eventually resolved. Thorough and informative, all took time for her to sort out, so can now see why tel queues are so long.
Happy to leave a further review once my issues resolved

First of all we were impressed by the quality of the products. Then Marcelo came to help us. Extremely first class customer service with him. He was very polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. Definitely a credit and asset to your company, we would give him 20 stars if we could.
