Donna Martin made our experience great!! She is such a good, friendly, experienced and unobtrusive sales lady. She is very kind and very knowledgeable. She helped us choose our new sofa by giving good advice but also giving us the time to think about which sofa we liked best and which would be best to meet our needs. Brilliant experience. We bought our bedroom furniture from furniture village 7 years ago, and Donna served us then. We were so pleased to see her smiling face there to greet us this time.

I went with a friend to find her a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa set! We had a knowledgeable and friendly person, Cindy, to help us and we had a very pleasant search until we discovered the reclining sofas and fell in love! So comfortable- I couldn’t believe it as I had never sat in one before! Nor had my friend! She bought the 2 and 3 seater recliners and chose a great velvet fabric to cover them! The service we received was delightful.
I was so impressed I went back today and bought myself a 2 seat recliner and chose a different colour velvet to cover mine!
It was exciting and I enjoyed it.
The sofas will not be ready until the middle of August but delivery is all part of the service and we have both taken out the
comprehensive insurance offered!

Great service from Donna. Loved negotiating a price with her. No pressure selling. Only thing I didn't like is the confirmation invoices. Very confusing how they are set out.

Excellent choice . Very helpful lady assistant . Ended up buying a 2 and 3 seater sofa. My friend who was with me has also decided to buy a two seater sofa . She was very impressed.

Our salesperson, Judy Soames, was brilliant - very patient, considerate, helpful, and went out of her way to help us mix and match different items without being pushy in any way. And the coffee and cookies were very welcome - thank you.

Kane really knew his stuff and was informative without being overbearing . Whole experience of choosing a mattress was quick and efficient .

Cindy dealt with us yesterday we both thought she was professional, patient and informative. She took well over 90 minutes with us explorign many options and we ended up spending over 6.5k with yourselves and look forward to the furniture arriving
