I needed some new lenses due to scratching my old ones. I didn’t realize Fuse had a free replacement warranty until I got on the site to buy the new lenses I needed. I sent an email asking how to go about the warranty claim and included my previous order number (which was a year or so prior). I got a reply almost immediately letting me know my new lenses were being shipped. No hassle, no trying to get out of the warranty, just a message letting me know my new lenses would be here within a few days. Awesome customer experience and support to say the least.

Contacted the company for replacement of my lenses and found out I was out about 10 days. The customer service agent took care of it and in less then 10 days had a new pair of prescription sunglass, not just new lenses but frames also. Awesome company that stands behind what they promise.

Ordered a set of lenses for my Maui Jims perfect fit unfortunately one of the two lenses arrived with some scratches, emailed with some pictures of the scratched lens, it was weekend so didn’t expect an immediate reply, however come Monday morning I received an email reply, and quickly followed with an order confirmation that my new lenses have been prepped for shipping. I damaged a lense while installing in my sunglasses. I emailed fuse and they sent another pair of lenses the next day. Very happy with their customer service!

Couldn’t be happier! I ordered needed a set of replacement lenses and went to the warranty section, but I was concerned that since it had been since 2019 since my purchase that it wouldn’t be granted, but I was wrong.

Very good I have had the fuse lenses for a year and they just now are starting to get scratches from cleaning off west tx dust before rinsing off, just got my free replacements coming. I am very satisfied!

Fuse is awesome! My lens I bought are awesome, however they got a swirl scratch on both lenses so I requested the one time free replacement. They approved it no questions asked. I’m currently waiting for the new ones.
