I bought a pair of lenses a few months ago, and I severely scratched them this past weekend. I emailed them with my issue and provided my order number and they, without hesitation, warrantied me a new pair and are already in the mail! 100% will buy again and recommend to friends

Great experience with customer service and the 1 time replacement policy. I had some FUSE lenses that I used for several years for ocean watersports which got a real work out but ultimately had some layering coming off at the edges. FUSE replaced these no problems even after more than 3 years. Many thanks

Their own brand holds up as well as any higher priced name brand frame. The other reason for 5 stars is for their outstanding customer service. They answer your emails or even social media messages quickly and fix any concerns you may have.
