The customer service at Fuse is the best Alexandria is terrific. She answered any questions I had and assured me throughout my custom frame prescriptions order processes. I was a bit high maintenance but she answered every question I had when the order portal didn’t clearly show me what was going on with my order. My wife lives her new SCUBA prescription frames. I would definitely use Fuse again.

The products they sell are excellent quality and the prices are much less than comparable glasses from Oakley, RayBan, and others. Customer service has always been great to work with. They have quickly processed claims and strived to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

They make the best lenses and the employees are so helpful! They are the only company I will deal with and have been for a long time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for all the help guys!!

The customer service and warranty/claim is world class. They stand behind their products and expeditiously sent replacements for lost sunglasses and damaged lenses . I have switched to Fuse Lenses after being an Oakley guy for some time now. The Egmont is my favorite frame - love it! Go Fuse Lenses, you won't regret it.

There were problems with the fit during the first delivery, but in retrospect I must say I am positively surprised by the excellent customer service and the ill-fitting lenses were replaced and re-delivered without any problems. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend the company.

After switching all of my lenses out to regular polarized after getting Lasik with fuse lenses, the experience has been great. One lens developed a scratch at some point, and they quickly replaced it per their lifetime warranty, no hassle. Great company!

My initial order had one lens that just did not sit correctly and lock in leaving me worried that it would pop back out. I alerted the Fuse team to my issue in hopes they would send just one new one out. They jumped on the issue advising they would make it right and shipped a brand new pair out the next business day. I received them as quickly as my initial order and the issue I had was fixed. They stood behind their word on making it right with quick helpful communications and speed. Thank you Fuse!

Kayla was Very helpful. I have ordered lenses from you guys a few times, but my most recent one was the upgraded AMP lenses and I’ve been putting off getting them replaced for a few months because I couldn’t remember which email I used but Kayla took the time to search and make sure I had the correct replacement lenses ordered 10 out of 10. She was very helpful.

Other than the website being janky and not being the easiest to navigate. I finally found the email to submit a warranty claim and within 15 minutes I got a response. Kayla was right on it and got everything cleared up.

Ordering is easy, lenses fit great. 3 years later I went to replace the lenses I had purchased and saw they had a lifetime warranty. I emailed them and got a replacement set of lenses shipped out writhing 12 hours. Great customer service.

Had a lens that was scratched pretty deep. Asked for the replacement order to be rushed before I left for vacation. Let me tell you they nailed it. Customer service was outstanding.
