La garantía de pena. Reclamo una zapatilla de fútbol sala que en tres puestas se ha borrado el dibujo y me dicen que es desgaste o mal uso. Una zapatilla de fútbol sala se usa para fútbol sala no???? La compramos el 01/05 y ya estaba borrado el 15/05 es normal??? Pues no obviamente. Garantía nefasta

El servicio de entrega pésimo, 3 días después de lo indicado. La atención al cliente no existe, manda correo automático con horarios a tu queja y nadie se pone en contacto...

Una vergüenza de tienda unas botas de fútbol con meses rajadas y no te dan soluccion si vendéis botas nike , nike tiene una garantía legal de 3 años

Tiene una gran variedad de productos y el asesoramiento es sensacional

Que pena no poder poner 0estrellas. Hace un año compré en esta web unas botas d fútbol de nike de la gama élite que me costaron 235€. En 1 mes la suela de ambas botas está rajada. Las envío para que lo evalúen y me contestan diciendo que es lo normal del uso. Les puse una denuncia en atención al consumidor y ha salido favorable, por lo que deben reembo0lsarmen el dinero. Pueden recoger el producto en 15 días máximo pero lo recogen a los 20. Y ahora dicen que no me devuelven el dinero porque las botas no están en el mismo estado que en las fotos. Evidentemente, ha pasado un año, intentamos arreglarlas por el coste de las mismas, aunque sin éxito. NO COMPRÉIS en fútbol factory si queréis ahorraros dolores de cabeza, perder el tiempo y el dinero. Y os ha pasado como a nosotros, os animo a RECLAMARLO a través de CONSUMO.

El envío ha llegado muy rápido, el producto en perfectas condiciones, pero la caja del envoltorio venía totalmente destrozada. No está nada presentable como para un regalo. Podrían poner algo más de empeño en el tema del embalaje, porque un envío así tal cual en una caja de zapatillas sin ningún tipo de protección y teniendo en cuenta que va en una furgo o camión de una empresa de transporte y puede sufrir golpes, no me parece la manera más profesional de enviar un producto

Para mi no se merecen ninguna estrella, sigo esperando la sudadera para el fútbol de mi hijo que ya la tengo pagada, desde octubre, ya no contestan al correo, y tampoco hay teléfono donde llamar, son una vergüenza, que pena

Por un error en la entrega no llegué a recibir mi pedido y tuve que pagar gastos de devolución.

Me encanta Fútbol Factory, su envío es super rápido.

I live in Spain and I ordered a black, nike, customized long sleeve goalkeeper jersey (44.40 euros) from futbolfactory website early Sunday morning and they did not send me neither a confirmation email stating that my order has been received nor an order number. It makes me feel as if the company and website is a scam and they are only here to take my cash and other people's money as well. I need an answer and a solution right away.

Update: I have sent two emails to them and they have not responded. I have messaged them on instagram and they have ignored my request.

3rd Update: I have asked for the money to be returned to my card.

4th Update:
They state that “my order appears as canceled/unpaid in our database because it was not properly completed.” Seeing this is the case, I have requested to have my money returned to my card because in my banking statement it says that the payment has been completed and an amount of 44,40 euros has been deducted from my card. If they order was cancelled “according” to Futbol Factory, then why hasn’t my money been returned like any other normal business.l would do so? The company has the worst customer service. You go on their instagram account and try to call and you’re met with an automated response stating the hours of operation and then get hung up on. You can’t even contact them through email because it seems that no one in their company checks the emails. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t received any response. You can’t even DM them on Instagram because they take 10 years to respond. This company should be rated 0,0/10 on Trust Pilot or should be closed. If they can’t have a proper customer service team then why even have a company open? It gives me the feeling as if they’re only here to consume people’s money and find ways to make customers give up to the point where the customer won’t try to get their money back. What’s even worse or even sleazy is that Futbol Factory doesn’t automatically send a confirmation email with proof of purchase or even an order number. Do better Futbol Factory. Find a solution because apologies will not be sufficient enough.

Final Update:
After a few days of constant messaging, Futbol Factory was able to finally fix everything. They finally sent the invoice to the email and my package is arriving in the next 10-12 days. Since they were able to find a solution, I have decided to increase their overall rating. There is room for improvement and it’s going to take time. In the end no one’s perfect and neither is Futbol Factory, so it’s ok.

Sinceramente y me sabe mal, pero tengo que ponerle un comentario negativo, ya que compré unas Munich para regalar a mi hijo y cuando llegaron el mismo día, resulta que la suela no es la misma que la imagen y lógicamente no son las que pedí, ya que se ven diferentes y la desilusión del niño no está pagada. No contentos con eso, la persona que me atendió, no fué para nada de agrado, ya que decía que lo único que cambiaba era la suela, a lo que conesté que si le regalaría a su hijo algo que no es, estando la contestación de la agente fuera de lugar no, lo siguiente, además de decirme que ese modelo no lo tienen ellos, entonces para qué ponen esa imagen? Si un artículo no corresponde con lo mostrado, que no se exponga, ya que da lugar a mal estar del cliente. Un saludo
