Do not trust!!!
Do not trust when they say they warranty their work!!!
First visit was in fall of 2024 and I was told I had a failed compressor. Replaced compressor that was under warranty and it still cost $1700. First start in 2025 and no cooling at all. Was told I had no refrigerant. They said suction valve failed and things “just break“ sometimes. Again suction valve was still under warranty and this estimate started with a cost of around $1200, but owner lowered to around $660 after he heard my frustration. Fine I paid and had the suction valve replaced. A month or so later when heat comes in late spring and system is barely cooling. Now I am told I have a failed TH valve. Again service manager calls and says things “just break“ and he’s doing his best to lower repairs to $1200. Ridiculous! When I called for the initial compressor failure I was just going to put a whole new system in but they convinced me not to because the compressor was still in warranty. Well now they have me up to just under $4000 and the system doesn’t work any better.
Go elsewhere and don’t trust a company that thinks it’s ok for things that are under warranty to just “keep breaking“ before they finally fix something. AND DON’T TRUST THEIR WARRANTY!!!
