Bench damaged, coffee table damaged, patio chair damaged 3 dining chairs damaged. Knocks, scrapes, coating missing and deep metal scatches. I asked for the items to be exchanged, Gardenesque don't do exchanges?? and instead sent replacements. Which are also damaged. I am now stuck with 2 patio sets that I am expected to store and remove myself! I have exchanged over 15 emails to Laurence and Claire and although the messages returned are very polite trying to speak to someone is another matter. I am now at the stage where I have fallen out of love with this furniture, if they can get that badly damaged before they get to the customer god knows how they will wear over time. I have now asked before I take up a dispute with my bank, for a full refund and removal of all of the furniture. Avoid, this has been going on since 8th July and I still do not have what I paid for. Disappointing and a waste of my time, taking time off work to receive deliveries is not how I wish to use my annual leave! Do better - Kathryn Rimmer, Lancashire

We’re absolutely delighted with our new garden sofa. The quality is excellent, it’s sturdy, comfortable and looks fantastic in our garden. It was straightforward to assemble and has completely transformed our outdoor space.

I also wanted to mention the excellent customer service we received from Laurence. He was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, dealing with our query quickly and efficiently. It’s always reassuring to know that a company stands behind its products and genuinely cares about its customers.

We’re really impressed with both the product and the service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gardenesque to family and friends. Thank you, Laurence, for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Excellent service

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product. I ordered a new garden fire pit, but one of the legs arrived with multiple chips in the coating and visible rust underneath. This is not acceptable for a brand-new item.

The product should have been properly checked before dispatch. Based on the condition it arrived in, it looks damaged before use. I expected much better quality control and packaging from the seller.

I hope the company resolves the issue properly, but my first impression has been very poor.

After visiting countless Garden centres , websites and the ideal home show we finally found what we were looking for at Gardenesque. The quality of the product is superb. The service from Laurence at Gardenesque has also been outstanding. We would definitely recommend them.

The pot that i ordered is great.
The problem was the delivery. Extremely unpleasant experience.
There was an option to choose the day of delivery. Great! So i have chose the day and put it in the comments section that please, could you deliver the pot to the back garden, as it would be a bit difficult to take this massive pot from the front of the house to the back garden.
The delivery day came. The pot wasn’t delivered. No emails, no phone calls by palletways, nothing. Ok. Maybe they will deliver it the next day, which is fine, i will be at home all day. Nothing. I waited and waited, and then all of a sudden, 9 days after the chosen date they decided to deliver it. No messages, no phone calls to ask me if that day is ok for me or not. But as i was off work that day i was fine with it.
Then the tracking page said it will be delivered between 8-10. It arrived just before 12. Fine.
Then i asked the delivery driver if he could take it to the back garden with his pump truck, as it is a really heavy, massive pot, and i wont be able to take it there on my own. He says no as he’s got more deliveries to do. I say ok then can i just use the pump truck, it will take me like two minutes to do it. Oh no because he is in a hurry. Right, whatever. So he dumps the gigantic pot on the pavement and leaves. It took me half an hour to roll and drag the pot to the back garden. The bottom of the pot was damaged but i i couldn’t just leave it on the pavement for long and I didn’t had anyone to help me.
It was not easy to say the least. It would took the delivery driver two minutes to leave the pump truck with me(again, i would have done it, instead of him!) so I don’t break my back and feel like a wreck all day, but no.
Absolutely disgusting.
So yeah, great pot, horrible delivery. Be aware if you order anything by them.

Product arrived as scheduled. Was straight forward to erect and looks good in position.

I ordered 3 Ramada plant pots in yellow. The pots arrived on time and well packed. They are stunning and high quality - the photos don't do them justice. Sadly one of the pots had a hairline crack so I got in touch and was asked to provide photos. This led to me being offered a replacement or a refund - the service during this time was second to none and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. All in all a wonderful experience. Special shout out to Laurence for his timely responses to my emails and support throughout.

Pots are beautiful, one was slightly chipped and a new one was sent out immediately, the delivery man was helpful and communicative about their arrival. they look fantastic now that they’re planted up.

Delighted with my purchase of an "ancient" bird bath from Gardenesque. It's exactly as the photo on their web site and looks lovely in my cottage-type garden, apart from supporting birds, bees, insects, butterflies etc.
The customer service was 5*, as I ordered it during the week before the end of May Bank Holiday, & from ordering, it was delivered within 3 days. Take a bow Gardenesque!

Less than reasonably good health = a degree of brain fug = an order for a pair of pots that were not of the size I required. In a state of mild panic (delivery confirmation had been received) I contacted the company (thank you Laurence, you were superb), who calmed me down, gave me the telephone equivalent of a stiff drink, intercepted and cancelled the order and arranged delivery of the larger pots that I needed - within 48 hours. Stunning pots, incredible service and a greatly satisfied customer. Thank you very much.

Lovely terracotta pot, great value, very happy with our purchase

I wanted to order a garden furniture set, and as Gardenesque were offering a 5% discount I wanted to take advantage of that. However I did not receive the email with the code. I contacted them and a reply was sent quite a while later, to advise that it was within the Warm Welcome email - I looked in my spam and searched my inbox but was unable to find it. I advised that I had been unable to locate the email and asked if it could be resent. I was sent an email (not by return by the way, quite a long time afterwards), to tell me that I had received it at 17:51 and to check my spam, which I did again, but was still unable to locate the email. The email I was sent made me feel as though I was trying to defraud the company, and I couldn't understand why they just couldn't resend the email - it is valid only once so I wasn't trying to get two discount codes. I replied to say if they were unable to resend the code then I would be unable to place my £1000 order. I received nothing back from them - consequently I have ordered my garden furniture from another company and will avoid Gardenesque going forward. We are currently in the middle of a huge garden renovation and need more furniture and decor items but I will source from elsewhere.

Lovely quality pots delivery quickly not giving 5 stars because I asked for advice on filling them and was told to ask the nursery where I buy the plants which I didn’t think was particularly helpful.

Well designed packaging ensured immaculate condition at delivery

Excellent service. Quick delivery. One large pot was cracked on delivery and this was immediately replaced. Very good customer service. Will buy from again.
